Excellent food and service. Old school diner with the best food, friendliest service and coolest regular customers around. There is a reason I have been going here for 20 years. You literally cannot go wrong at Scramblers.

place need some renovation smells like a basement - it was cold by my leg at the booth some cold.air coming from a small door in the wall. The bathroom was dirty and it was 9am in the morning- hand soap was full of water so how are the employees washing their hands1st time going to meet a friend who suggested it but said she never ate inside always to go orders

Very good atmosphere, apart from the very tasty food, and the waiters very friendly, and by the way they also speak a little Spanish, no matter how American it seems ?, I would definitely return to this place!! ??

Food came out really fast, definitely underatted. Came here at 11 for some breakfast and was seated and had food in front of me in about 10 minutes. Omelet was really really cheesy which is always a plus. Coffee was fresh. The waffle was crispy and tasted great.

I left my debit card at the restaurant by accident. I figured I missed placed it, but after coupe days I found multiple charges on my account from scramblers. Someone that works at the restaurant was using my card illegally. What kind of restaurant does something like that.

I've never ordered here but I always check reviews first and the owner is awful! Look at their responses to one star reviews. Would never eat here because of their online behavior.

Consistently an outstanding choice for breakfast. I’m always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The owner is super friendly and makes the rounds in the dining room, making sure everyone is taken care of and enjoying their meal. The food is outstanding, reasonably priced with larger than typical portions. Scramblers is always on the top of my list when picking where I’m heading for breakfast.

A little hesitant to post my review due to the owners behavior, but it won't stop me. We dine at many breakfast restaurants across Northern RI looking for the best ones, and unfortunately Scramblers wasn't my favorite. The price was great, service and waitresses are very friendly, but the food had some left to be desired. Home fries could be fried longer for a crisper exterior, and seasoned a little more heavily for more flavor. Eggs were tasty bit I did unfortunately get some shell in mine. Bacon was good, I ordered ham as well but received sausage instead - no problem, sausage was fine as well. Pancakes were fluffy but served with cold, unspreadable butter (pancake wasn't hot enough to melt it either). Overall fine, just nothing much stand out about it when there are so many breakfast options in RI. I'm also weary of any restaurant that has fruit flies - big red flag for those who know!EDITED: Changing my review to a 1 star from 3 for the owners response. He clearly is out of his mind, and has no idea who I am, when I ate, or what I ate. This guy has lost his mind. I didn't even eat half of my plate, I did order pancakes, and I explicitly said I didn't mind that the waitress made a mistake. If you can't handle criticism, DONT RUN A RESTAURANT! This place was dead on a SUNDAY MORNING for a reason!

Steak was a little well done, asked for a bit more pink. Pepsi establishment, no Tobasco. Butter came in a Mcdonalds ketchup cup. There's way too much art on the walls, and no music???
