They made me drive around the drive thru multiple times with an infant in my vehicle!! (on multiple occasions) Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service ...This location will not allow you to pick up more than ONE mobile order at a time in the drive thru.....Doesn't matter how small the orders are or if anyone else is in line at the drive thru, they will make you drive around for each mobile order placed.I've complained to TB corporate and they confirmed customers should be allowed to pick up more than one mobile order at a time in the drive thru.

This is one of the worst Taco Bells around. The beans were refried 8 x in the burritos. It was actually crunchy. Disgusting! I don't think there was a manager there. No way a manager allows this. One person in line, fifteen minute wait, crunchy beans, whatever service. There was three 16 year olds inside running the place so I kind of knew my expectations should be low. But still be better. You're not that cheap anymore. Not cheap enough to expect terrible service and food.

I used the drive through to get my two crunchy tacos, so I do not have any feedback on the inside of the restaurant, cleanliness, etc.I placed my order using the mobile app and I asked for ASAP. It was not a busy time of the day, so I pulled over to the speaker, gave my name and the lady told me to drive right to the window.My two tacos were packed properly with the sauces I ordered (actually they put more packets that I had requested).Tacos were crunchy and still warm when I ate them. Not a bad experience.

Besides, lying is not cool, I called the restaurant, they denied mistakes without checking the order, quote the guy who picked the phone ‘I just asked the workers they say they made everything.’ Photos attached to this review: when the order just arrived, photos took while driver was in the car with the boxes and drinks, and I believe him.

I ordered the limited $10 two rolled tacos box with a chicken chalupa, chips, one taco, and a five layer cheesy beef burritoOf my original order, I got the chips, rolled tacos, and the regular taco, but no burrito or chalupa. They just made two more tacos instead. It was a long day, and I didn't even want to try and complain. They were obviously understaffed, and I knew I probably wouldn't get anywhere. There were some people who looked pretty official going around and writing stuff down on their iPads. They wished me a good night when i left, which was nice. But that's about the only nice thing that happened there that night.

I just left this place after spending more than half an hour in the drive thru. I tried to be patient but after being stuck in the drive thru line and not being able to get out for thirty minutes. But when they finally took my order it I had to drive off. I don't know if they were having technical difficulties or not but I couldn't even place my order. They asked my order and everytime I gave my order it was the same thing all over again. This wasn't my first bad experience here but it was definitely the last a I will never go here again.

Can never get a order correct again checked order at drive thur and it was wrong missing the chips and cheese ask for it before we drove off only got the chips and no cheese made the mistake of not checking that order , check your order always before you drive off its always not correct we was told they didn’t have any chips ready so that’s why we didn’t get them lol wow

Steak quesadilla is their best choice, usually good consistency and ease of eating while driving. I have yet to try their breakfast, but the one thing I will give them credit for is their changing menu. The lines usually move quick too, so if you need a fix late night it's still a go to spot.

I ordered from Uber eats a combo meal and paid extra for substitutions my dorito taco wasn’t crunchy it fell completely apart. I ordered a watermelon lemonade what I got was a watered down pink drink without flavor. My steak chalupa had so much sour cream when I opened the wrapper it got all over my work station . It also only had 2 pieces of steak in it. I’m very disappointed. I work third shift and order at least twice a week from this location. I get the fact that people are tired and want to go home but I paid almost 20 for a combo because of substitutions and didn’t get what I paid for. Not a happy customer.

The staff were friendly, but it was very obvious the drive-through had precedence!! I placed a mobile order and walked into the store and waited along with others for just over 20 minutes while people in the drive-through kept going through!

Ordered a mobile order and so did my sister and drove to come pick it up together. We arrived a little before 1030 and they sell breakfast until 11am. I went to order one more item and they said they ran out of eggs after the mobile orders. So I was like ok that's fine. I get up to the window and they tell me the customer in front of us ordered the rest of the eggs so they could only make one mobile order. And they made my sister's which was placed AFTER mine. So I would like to know why that was done number one. Also, you see the mobile orders you have and then also know the mobile orders that are already paid for are in the line waiting to pick up and you sell all of your product??? And 30 minutes before you stop selling breakfast???? That means make more!!!!!!!!!!! Will never return since your customer service is absolutely terrible. I would like someone to contact me please and I will be going to corporate.
