Took an hour to get food. Food was dry and not cooked well. A rude young boy in the back bossing workers around and being disrespectful. Where is the Manager during the situation? It was a busy day I get it, but worst service I have ever experienced. Loud disturbing music where I had to send my kids back in the car with my husband. Needs a peaceful environment. Go ANYWHERE else. Do not eat here for your own sake.

For the most part, the food here is really good. Great cheesesteak, turkey sandwich, etc. The problem is the service is so inconsistent. I order from here at least once a week and about half the time they are so backed up you end up waiting twice as long as your pickup time. I get thus happening once in a while, but it is about 50% of the time at this point. I tolerate it because when they get it right it's really good, but it is becoming quite annoying and I may take them out of the rotation until they get things right. Please, please, please fix the service and I'd be happy to give it a 5 star.

Second time I came here for lunch, my food was ready to pick up very quickly via ordering through the app, the food was hot and ready and delicious I recommend this business for lunch or dinner

First time there and the Italian sub was very tasty. The meat, cheese and veggies were crafted nicely. I only wish the roll was better. Had it not been for the roll, this sandwich would have been five stars.

Sandwich was fine, id eat it again. But $18 for a "medium" and a drink when its really a medium with small filling inside, mostly bread, was a let down. Also, the staff kind of seem to hate being there, which we all do at work. But dont give the vibe to your customers that you do. It makes you uncomfortable to go there.The undertone is that of me knocking on somebody's door and asking for a sandwich, versus me paying with my own money lol. Strange environment

Location is never open yet there’s a giant sign that says “come in, we’re open”. Signs on the doors say they should be open but alas, they’re never open. I’ve tried on 3 separate occasions, and the doors are always locked. Today one, lone worker was inside. I called to see why they are closed and she just said “we will be open next Sunday.” Will you? Doubtful.

I loved Capriotti's, up until 7:57PM this evening. I had called in an order around 730PM but wasn't able to get there until 7:57PM, not knowing they closed at 8PM. When I pulled on the door handle to go in, it was locked, early. I knocked numerous times, but the kids over at the grill, cooking presumably their own meal because they weren't letting anyone in, just ignored me. I usually order from here during my lunch break but today was the worst experience I ever had. I ordered online to pick up my order. My office manager then tells everyone she's buying pizza for the office so I call to cancel the order and I spoke to the supervisor and he was extremely rude to me, he tells me I can't cancel it because it's not their fault I changed my mind so I either pick it up or the food is going to be thrown away then the call got disconnected, never in my life was a treated like this at a food industry

1st time buyer and I Love this place! The young gentlemen that was working tonight around 6pm on Friday 8/6 were amazing!! I had a pretty difficult order because my son is autistic and doesn't really eat anything other than mc'donalds. But he was willing to try a ham and cheese from here. He absolutely loved it!! You guys just gained a customer for life! Thank you guys for being awesome, see u next friday!!!
