Completely disappointed. My entire order was wrong, and this is not the first time at this chipotle. I ordered two burritos, a chicken bowl, and a bag of chips with queso. The burritos were missing fajita veggies and were both cold. The chicken bowl was missing the chicken, the additional queso I had paid for was missing, as well as the fajita veggies, corn salsa was also missing. But the bowl did have guacamole, which I didn’t order. The bag of chips was pathetic with the amount I got in it, as well as the queso which was barely half of the small container. I tried calling the store and got no answer. I would save your money or go elsewhere.

After this experience coupled with their prices, I'm not stopping at Chipotle again. The most disgusting chain restaurant I've ever walked into. Men's bathroom had dried excrement on the floor, overflowing bins, used toilet paper on every surface. Every possible surface in the restaurant was covered in filth. Clearly no basic upkeep for a very long time. Not the demographic you want handling your food. I walked out. I wrote Chipotle corporate, they replied with the standard "We're sorry thanks for letting us know".

Food is usually fairly good and portions are reasonable. But the staff working the mobile order station is absolutely garbage. I couldn't tell you how many times Ive had to wait 30+ minutes for my order. The experience is usually like this "order at 4:07 for a 4:20 pickup time. Get there for 4:23 still not done, wait until 4:30 then go in and watch the useless moron working mobile order struggle to do the same exact job that the lady in the front does 5x quicker. Eventually you get your order 20+ minutes late and they go "sorry for the wait". I just stood there and watched 3-7 other people get their orders made on the spot. While the mobile order station has made at MOST 2 orders. This is not an original experience and I promise if you order through the app this will happen to you at-least once. Then the icing on the cake is the whole time you're sitting there for your order, you gotta stand next to the broken fountain machine leaking fluids all over the place. Food is great here but mobile order staff is bottom barrel and cant even be considered fast food anymore.

This chipotle is a nightmare. They are always out of something, or randomly closing and not putting signs on the doors. I gave up on it after the 7th time it was randomly closed.

Long time Chipotle fan, but this was my last visit to the Lincoln location. Lunch time. Order line was 10 people deep with 5 people waiting for mobile orders. I waited 20 minutes for my overdue pickup order and observed the staff. 3-4 were crushing it, but there was one moseying around the back and another standing motionless at the cash register staring blankly at the people who were doing work--the whole time I was there. No management to be seen and zero hustle during the lunch rush. The food was delivered missing ingredients. After reading the other reviews, it's clear that this is an ongoing problem. Corporate needs to send a tiger team down here to clean this place up.

Pretty good rice bowls for the price, however the guac and queso are priced really high and will turn a $10 chicken bowl into $15.

Just WOW. Ordered a burrito bowl and a lifestyle bowl for delivery. It never showed up, they never called. Turns out the driver couldn’t find my place so they just canceled the order without notifying me. Processed the refund in a weird way and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I attempted a replacement order and they double charged me for that. Whopping total of $140+ on my card for two lunch items. Called the restaurant to try and get a handle on what was going on with all the charges. Got some impatient guy who obviously was busy with more important things, bc he hung up on me. Finally got someone who was willing to talk to me, told me to call the toll free customer service hotline to sort it out. Which I did, but I still haven’t gotten all my money back. The food was just okay, not remotely worth the hassle, hours on the phone, and exorbitant cost.

Honest experiences

2:47 pm on 2/22/24 watched two kids that were in line and obviously friends with the kids.behind counter. As he loaded up two wraps so much they were huge they had to put in another wrap just to keep it together. Stealing food for your pals? It was the non Caucasian that made them for his friends. As he loaded them up they were laughing and talking like they were in a party. Meanwhile people wait in line for social hour to end. Food was decent soda machine broken except 2 types. and the place was dirty nasty.

Feb 17, 2024 - I came here to get a bowl. It is FILTHY. Plenty of staff.... lounging ..... the filthy glass entryway, the splattered glass in front of the food line, the spilled rice and beans..... sickening. I left without ordering. I have never seen a Chipotle look like that. Gross! It is 5 pm - before the evening rush. Clean the place up! It is not busy and there are plenty of staff. No excuse! Whoever owns this franchise should be appalled. Just read the other reviews. This place has had issues for a while. Chipotle clearly has not fixed the problem.

Where are the veggies?? I always order a veggie Bowl. At least six times I received my order with NO fajita veggies. Even the time I went inside the store instead of pickup, they were going to still serve me the veggie bowl even though they were out of fajita veggies. I keep going back to give them another chance but I think after 6 tries I'm probably done. You would think the manager would resolve these issues. I dont get it?!?
