Bravo,to the great food and very clean environment.The only major downside is the lack of customer service. My husband doesn't come here anymore because some of the staff on the weekends are absolutely miserable.The way they hand your bag of food,is filled with so much attitude. The way they talk to you is also filled with incredible amounts of attitude.I used to be an Area Manager, and if I ever had a store with such lack of customer services, I would be mortified.

I have never been so upset during a simple drive-thru process......your little acne faced tattooed neck.... nose ring hoodrat.... terrible customer service agent... And don't think I'm judging because of the tattoo on her neck or nose ring because I have both... Just what a terrible human being.... I ordered my food properly I get to the window and you're going to give me a hard time about the fact that YOU messed up my order?! I give you a tip despite your nasty attitude and I don't get a thank you......Go back to the ghetto you trashy Gen Z scum. Congrats Honey Dew for losing a customer for life.... Like I legitimately will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. A bunch of people told me I should never go there on a Sunday...... I should have listened because now I'll never go there again.

One of the cleanest establishments I have been in if the employees were not waiting on a customer, then they were cleaning, service was fast, coffee was nice and hot, food was freshly prepared, all were very courteous, kudos to all working your doing a great
Sunday October 8th at 6:30pm I went to grab some coffee and seen two employees run to the back as I was pulling into the lot. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes in the drive through and no one helped me, it wasn’t untill I pulled away they came out from the back. So feed up with people not wanting to do their job.

I love Honey Dew, their food and their coffee are worlds better than the swill at Dunkin.Note: Would be nice if the television at the stores were tuned to neutral programming, so customers can feel comfortable no matter their politics. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

I had a large ice coffee. It was was very good. Like sit down diner ice coffee. Yum. I want to try their pistachio ice coffee and pistachio muffin next time. I bet their really good.?

I actually loveeee this place n the great donuts (yuuuummm) however; the staff on weekends seems to be a much younger crew than the weekdays n they just appear to be bothered to help their customers. Definitely give you all a 10 on weekdays but the weekend crew sure needs a refresher course on customer service.....

I come here daily for a med iced mocha madness 4 creams only and I get a turkey sausage egg and cheese on English.. first problem most of the staff look miserable and never smile, my coffee is never consistent it always tastes different and most times wasted! My English muffins comes out with the surface toasted but the rest of the muffin is cold. They need to toast the English muffin so it’s actually toasted and not just heated!! And then god forbid you say something is wrong, you get the worse look ever.. there is one employee there in the a.m. , she is a chunky woman with blonde hair! She has the worse personality ever and never has a smile on her face! Smiles are free your crew should use them more, or if they don’t like their jobs find a new one! So disappointing because you’re right around the corner from my house, but I’m considering find a new location! Oh and lastly tell them to actually fillThe cups with ice I get like 12 pieces most times..
