We had a table near the bar. Per our request. We were waited on by both of the bartenders, which was not a problem. However, we never offered the specials. Which we were unaware were even an option until the table next us was offered. One of the bartenders had absolutely no personality and never once cracked a smile. The bartender was full of life and was excellent. I wish I had grabbed their names. Regardless, the antipasto board was to die for. I found the noise level perfect. No issue hearing each other. I did expect the menu to offer more. The portions were not as big as I thought. I grow in RI so its I guess when yiu have Federal Hill to compare Italian restaurants too. So overall, I gave it a 3. But due to the one server and smaller menu

Went before a concert with another couple. Wine list was good, had a nice Chianti Reserva. Had shrimp scampi special, 4 shrimp total, good flavor with garlic, lemon and fresh tomatoes. Hubbies chicken piccata was better. Overall, a little pricey for what it was. Options at Ballys Twin River overall not great. I probably will go back here or Fred and Steve's Steakhouse.

Always a favorite at Jerry Long's! We had the appetizers which included the escarole and beans with sausage, caesar salad and stuffed pepper. The crusty bread and dipping oil started our meal and we finished all. Loved the escarole and bean appetizer but this time the portion was much smaller than usual. The caesar salad always delicious with the croutons. We took the stuffed pepper with us as we were too full. Joe our server was great as usual! And Leslie our hostess was so friendly and efficient too!

This was a very disappointing evening. Service was incredibly slow and very inattentive. I asked for a change in protein in a dish. What I got was a bowl of pasta ins bout two inches of oil with two shrimp. Totally tasteless.

I should have went with my first instinct of the meatball and salad but ordered the steak tip special. Was kind of disappointed with the amount of fat on the tips. My hubby ordered the pork chop and the amount of risotto was not enough to eat with the chop. The espresso martins were yummy but super expensive. Our waiter was awesome and it was quiet in there so my hubby and I would have a nice conversation. If we do go back I will only order the meatball and salad and a glass of wine.

Good service our waiter and food runner were very good. The food was excellent my wife had the chicken parm and the crew and the chef substituted penme sauce for her pasta she loved it. I had the shrimp and claims over linguini special delicious. Only complaint there was a forceful woman who without reservations holding us up. Disrespectful to the hostous and to my wife and I.

Have been twice in past month. Stay at the hotel at Twin River Casino twice over the past month for bands playing over the weekend at the Lighthouse Bar in the casino. Both times we ate here and ate at the bar. The female bartender was awesome. She was friendly, welcoming, professional, efficient and provided great service. The key lime martini was awesome. Both times we had the penne vodka and chicken piccata and both were amazing. My girl never eats even half her meal and she ate just about the whole plate of penne vodka and was so good she ordered it again the second time. I had the chicken piccata both times and has to be the best, if not the best, chicken piccata I have ever had. The place is modern and open and nicely done inside. Would definitely go back again !!

Ordered linguine with white clams sauce. They served me bad clams. I almost threw up .

We were not impressed with the meals we had. The scampi had 3 shrimp over bread instead of pasta and it was luke warm. Not a good flavor. The antipasto was board was o.k. not enough bread. The service was very good.

We had an awesome date night there last night. Everything we ordered was fantastic as per usual, the Martinis are bomb. Our server Brian was nice, friendly, attentive and on point. Everyone is always pleasant there, excellent service all around. Thank you for making our time there wonderful and memorable. We'll be back!

Food was mediocre at best, you can get better chicken parm at any local pizza place for less than half the price. Very disappointing.

Get family restaurant with very good food. The big and only issue is the smell of the smoke from the casinos. My wife is less than tolerant of smoke and it was a big issue. Otherwise the restaurant was very good and the service very good.

First time at Jerry Longos. Server, David was terrific. Let us pace our meal our way. Stuffed pepper and Sinatra shrimp for apps were perfect. Hot and delicious and huge! Linguini and clams and chicken piccata were. Some of the best we had outside of an Italy. Would actually come back for the bread alone. Nice wine selection and finished off with by cold black sambuca Look forward to next time

Excellent service. Drinks were tasty. Food was great. We had a party of 5 and every need was met. From the bread and oil to apps to food. Meatball was pretty delish. Would definitely recommend... very accommodating...

We arrived a little early for our reservation but we were seated right away. Food was at best mediocre. I had the chicken piccata it was flat tasting not enough lemon in what looked like a white sauce. Hubby had the special a veal Parmesan, hard to tell what the meat was the meal was ghastly and much too expensive.
