This McDonalds was an absolutely disgusting of how you should run a restaurant. We could tell our fries had been cooked in the oil a second time and it was horrible. We tried to call and correct the situation and the store ignored any and all attempts to fix the situation. Last place anyone should go for anything. Went there, the big Mac wasn't finished. Went there another time and had some paper wrap inside the big Mac. 2 pictures attached.(1/7/24) Sigh... forgot the chicken in a chicken sandwich...

Worst drive thru experience ever, they wayy to slow and only tent to one drive thru side. They shouldn't have 2 drive thru when can't even handle one.
Ordered extra onion got extra pickles no onions at all went in to get it fixed waited while the rest of my food was getting cold . Ended up leaving with no burgers. Come on McDonald's do better I feel like if you order something special they don't read the slip they put what they want on it. Not the first time I ordered something special and it got messed up.

Waited in drive through line 30 minutes... took 5-8 minutes for each order. After finally getting to order window i waited 10 minutes and then finally drove off without ordering. My lunch hour was spent in line behind 4 cars. No lunch today. NEVER GOING BACK.

I ordered a filet of fish. The bun was covered in dirt and it was clearly dropped. It was covered in black dirt. I asked for a refund and she said she needed my receipt to give me a credit. I didn’t have the bag on me as I walked in with just the sandwich. I walked out pissed. Never will I return.
