Picking up online orders is unnecessarily difficult. They have an order status screen, but no shelving. Name wasn’t on list so waited around for 5 minutes but nothing. Asked the service area folks if they had my order, said to go to the counter. Waited in line for 6 more minutes for the woman to hand me my order that had been ready the whole time. Why so difficult ? Makes zero sense.

If i could give 0 stars i would $57 on food that had tiny pieces of hair all on the eggs that came in the cob salad the outside plastic bowl it came in appeared dirty my sandwich was made very sloppy just messy i had to inspect the rest of my food nothing felt safe to eat after seeing all that hair ..the bag of chips was the only thing i could actually eat with out having to inspect it

My husband will sometimes stop to pick up salads for us both on a cook-free night at the take out window. We order the Greek goddess salad and the Oriental Chicken salad every time. How do you serve one of the salads as literally just a bowl of lettuce and nothing else in it. That same order they told him that they did not have any bread for a side. Isn’t the name of the establishment Panera bread?????

Ordered through the app and set it for drive thru pickup so I could grab it on my way. Waited in the line for 10 minutes until I got to the speaker to tell them I had a drive thru pickup order and then sat in the line for almost 10 more minutes waiting to get to the window to get my order. When I got to the window finally they said they didn't have the souffle I ordered and I had to chose something different. I would've been better off going inside to order and wait for my food. Probably would've been faster. Literally no sense of urgency here and clearly no speed of service. Update, just opened my bag and there's no knife for my cream cheese and no fork for the souffle that isn't even the one I wanted. I specifically checked the box to include untensils when I ordered

We ordered teriyaki chicken broccoli bowls. They were very tasty but very skimpy!! I literally had 2 tiny pieces of brocolli!! It is not worth $14. The size we received was like a child's portion and worth about half that amount. Terrible

I have been continuously disappointed in my food. The salads are half full, the sandwiches have had literally NO chicken in them. Too overpriced for what you order. I feel the lack of care reflects in your order. The drive thru girl was horribly rude.

My wife place an order on her app. I entered the restaurant and seen my name on the screen being prepped. It changed to ready not shortly after. I waited patiently and quietly for the name to be called out. Nothing so I walked up to the counter and made eye contact with two or more workers to get their attention. Not one of them wanted to greet nor ask if I needed anything. I waited patiently while the workers had a conversation about their hours and aggravations they deal with. I waited for 20 mins before I politely asked the person behind the counter about my order. They said to me that it must be up front. Not willing to check for me or anything besides a dismissive attitude. Poor customer service skills from a place my wife loves. I’m giving two stars and that’s being generous. Please step it up Lincoln Panera.

Over priced, medium quality food. Slow service in drive through (more like park-and-wait), and the staff lack professionalism. Not impressed, very likely not coming back. At least not to that location.

I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes. The line just moved. The lady on the speaker said the “wait is 15 minutes”. If people order through the drive through and it takes more than 5 minutes (let alone 15 minutes) they should tell them to go wait in the parking lot. Otherwise the people who use the app to place orders are literally stuck in line in the car. My food is cold. This is the second time this has happened.

I waited for over about 20 minutes before receiving my food, when I receive my food the order was incorrect by far. I ordered a Chipotle chicken flatbread pizza, and it was customized, they literally served a piece of flatbread with nothing but tomatoes and about six crumble pieces of bacon. I paid extra for additional toppings and didn't even receive the original recipe. When I mentioned something about it they all looked at me like I had 12 heads, and then proceeded to ask me "well what was it supposed to be like?", I responded to them "how the receipt says". When I first ordered my food the lady that took my order was able to tell me my order before I even ordered, she repeated it and I told her it was correct in which it was. I also looked at my receipt to make sure she did enter the right ingredients in which she did. When I ask for a refund I was told to wait a minute cuz it will take a while to give a refund. And one of the cooks even attempted to just add the toppings in properly without cooking completely. This was very unsatisfying, seeing as though I am a regular customer who comes here everyday and tries to keep my order to a minimum due to multiple mistakes occurring in afternoon.
