The manager is extremely rude and confrontational. They had made my food wrong, and when I had asked if they could please switch out what was wrong, he gave a horrible attitude and blamed the customer. Not professional and not a way to run a business !! If you have a horrible attitude towards your customers, you should not be running an establistment. He even followed me to my work and proceeded to come into my job and harass me there !!!!! Unfortunately my co workers would order from there multiple times a week, and will not be back until their rude and unprofessional employees and manager are gone .

Went in to the lincoln location today at about 2 today with the intention of buying a slice of pizza and a meatball sandwich as advertised on the sign. The girl rudely tells me they dont have slices. I had told her the sign said they had slices (not to argue but maybe to take it off the sign). She told me the sign wasnt even out pointing in the opposite direction as the sign in front of us.....? then tells me "yeah well we dont have no slices..." ?I left hungry and in disbelief...smh

I had to travel to RI for work. I am from Glendale, AZ. It has been close to a year and I still crave the Cuban pizza to date. Please open an AZ branch soon!!!!!

Received a promotion for a 1-topping pizza, salad, and cookie pizza for a discounted price. Upon arriving to pick up the order, was informed “we ran out of cookie pizzas.” So now I paid more than I would have, didn’t get what I ordered, and wouldn’t have ordered from this store if not using the promotion; which was not honored.
Worst service ever!! Second time ordering here and the first time the girl was super rude and me thinking it’ll be different my second time, I get someone even RUDER. Attitude was given since the phone call started. My boss told me they’ve been doing plaza discount for YEARS and when i told him i was part of the plaza he said they no longer do that due to no one in the plaza giving piezonis a discount …. Attitude was just horrible and next time I will take the drive to the Smithfield plaza for my pizza. Other than that , food always delicious.

First time eating here. I'm impressed. I came in thinking I'd get a few slices. Well, they have more than just pizza: subs, calzones, even fries! Our order taker was pleasant and brought the food right to the table. My small Buffalo Chicken calzone was delicious! I even had leftovers to bring home for later. My wife ordered a BLT sub. She said it was light, but filling. Bottled sodas and chips available. A good amount of tables available if dining in. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no prices listed on the menu for anything. I do sometimes order based on price, so this was not helpful. Food was amazing, portions were big enough...I'll be back.

The Lincoln PieZoni’s is where it’s at. Their pizza, chicken fingers, fries and salads are just some of my favorites. Perfect for a quick bite, takeout or delivery. My favorite local spot for some awesome food and they’ve got lots of options!

I had a horrible experience with that store and I don’t want any future customers experiencing all the headache I went through. As you can see below, a few customers already went through some type of horrible experience. BEWARE!!!! Horrible customer service/Unprofessional/Rude. They will take your money and never return it!!!!!!
