While we were there another hotel guest had all four tires stolen off their car in the middle of the night. The car was parked right out front and there are no cameras. I would not stay here again due to safety concerns. We were staying with several other families for a lacrosse tournament.

Stayed during a youth lacrosse tournament. Incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful staff! Very nicely renovated. Great pool- very clean. Pretty outdoor courtyard and landscaping. Great bistro with bar.

Myself and two other colleagues stayed here for a client visit. The entry was very clean and inviting and the food/coffee bar was very good. The property is undergoing renovations and my colleagues were on the first floor which has already been renovated. I was on the 4th floor which has not yet experienced the facelift. My room was clean and orderly. There were a few areas that definitely were showing the age of the room. There was an impact crack in the sink, some wallpaper was coming off the wall in one corner and the drawers were not in good shape. The room also had no USB ports for charging and therefore you had to use a wall plug/use charger which made it a bit of a pain. I was expecting USB chargers at minimum at the desk. Overall my experience was very good. Just wish I could have been in one of the renovated rooms which are, I was told, very nice. Maybe ask for that when you check in.

The property was wonderful. Only problem is I fell and broke my ankle in the room and I called the desk to see if they had a wheelchair and they did not have anything that could help me. It was a very long walk to the Elevator and to the stairwell. Staff was not helpful. I had to use the luggage care to get out of the building. I am not blaming the hotel for the accident but They should have a wheelchair on the property

First two nights of my week stay here, the AC/fan was terrible. Moved rooms for the remainder of my week stay. The lobby area has a Starbucks that is not open past breakfast, but there was one within a 15 minute walk from the location. Guest room area was really run down and dirty. Furniture was very dated. The TVs were small and old, though they did have the ability to log into Netflix and YouTube. The headboard in my first room came apart on me, the second room had some staining on the carpet, walls and drapes. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfy. It looks like this location is in the process of recovering from the pandemic shutdowns, but isn't there yet. Not what I expect from the Courtyard by Marriott name.

Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. Especially the assistant manager Mike he took my reservation over the phone and was present the entirety of my stay. They even allow dogs which was a pleasant surprised and my dog loved it . Just wanted to say thank you!

Stayed one night while visiting family. Air conditioning did not work (at all in the first room they gave us, only barely in the second one) and it made a loud noise all night. Though we were told there would be continental breakfast both when we made the reservation and when we checked in, when we went downstairs in the morning we were told they couldn’t do breakfast because they had to get ready for a wedding in the afternoon. The room was dingy and the desk was sticky. Not at all what I would expect for $263 per night! We do not plan to stay here again! (The second star is only because the check in clerk at night did try to make things better.)

While the staff was really nice and it's in a convenient location, the hotel was a little surprising for a Courtyard. There was stuff on the floor in the lobby the entire 24 hours we were there (Paper clips, binder clips, etc). You would think one of the many desk staff would pick it up as they walked by multiple times per day. The ice machine was broken on our floor. The quick snack/drink market was almost empty. The breakfast options were subpar so we left the hotel to have breakfast at a restaurant. The rooms were not very clean. When you see a lot of dirt, fingerprints and boogers on the bathroom door, it makes you feel uneasy with what else was missed that we don't see.....especially during a pandemic. I actually had to clean some areas. Usually, I like to enjoy my time in hotels and utilize the amenities, but I couldn't get out of the hotel fast enough. There was mention by a staff member that they are struggling to keep cleaning staff, because "it's a lot of work". The rooms at other hotels are more clean than this one (pre-pandemic). For a Courtyard, which is a level higher than a Fairfield Inn, I was very disappointed. I'll take a Fairfield Inn over a Courtyard anytime at this point.

Check-in was completely contactless through the app. We used our phone for the key. The rooms were super spacious and well kept. We had 2 queen beds, a loveseat/couch that turned into a single bed, desk, fridge/bar area and still a good amount of room to move around. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. The bathroom was also a nice size. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers on the shower wall. You needed to make an appointment to use the pool but we had no issues getting in. The pool was a bit cloudy. Overall a decent stay.

Quick summary: comfortable, fresh, clean room. Good on-site bar and breakfast. Friendly, professional service. Easy on/off Rte 146 between Providence and Woonsocket. We were in town for a family event, and only needed to stay one night. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. My two sisters and I stayed in room 330, which has two comfortable queen beds and overlooks the back patio with the firepit. All the amenities you expect of this class of hotel: microwave, coffee maker, iron/board, minifridge. All worked well. Even though the hotel was pretty full, things were quiet. Good-sized work desk, closet, and 3-drawer chest. Good HVAC. Good wifi and TV, but both were a little sketchy for a brief period. 'Probably more about the digital provider than the hotel for a brief period. Even so, my one "room for improvement" suggestion is that the remote was difficult to use - no numbers on it!! Good range of channels, but we had to do a lot of scrolling. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. THANK YOU! I love a tub at the end of a long day. The toiletries are mounted on the wall - shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. (As typical, the dispensers are mounted too high to be comfortable for someone using the tub, but I'll deal with it to have the tub. Still, it is a litigator's dream to have guests getting up and down in a wet tub.) Spotless housekeeping throughout. Besides the lounge area, there is a nice bistro section that can provide a drink and small plates in the evening, and a good breakfast in the morning. Drinks are reasonably priced. The deal is that if you book breakfast, you get a $10 credit to the offerings, which can cover a lot. There are freshly-made breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruits, oatmeal, pastries and breads, juices, etc. 'Highly recommend the yogurt and fruit cup as it is made with GOOD (non-flavored and unsweetened) yogurt. The all-fruit cup is also a delight, as was the bistro sandwich. Good Starbucks coffee!! All complimentary breakfasts should be this good!! The lovely lady in charge of food service is very friendly and professional - unfortunately I forgot her name. Friendly, professional service throughout the hotel. The public areas are very nice. We were busy and didn't get a chance to use the pool or back patio, but they would be enjoyable. There are restaurants nearby, but you'll need a car. To sum: this was a very enjoyable stay, and we'll keep it in mind if we visit the area in the future.

Apparently closed. Probably due to covid.

We had such a great experience with Courtyard Marriot for our Daughter's Wedding this past weekend. Director of Sales, Sue Swenton was quick to respond with all of our emails and answered all of our questions about room blocks etc. She handled our welcome bags and her friendly staff was there to greet us on Saturday after the wedding and got us checked in quickly. The rooms were clean and neat. We have stayed many times at the Courtyard Marriot, Lincoln and I have referred many clients and will continue to do so because they provide excellent service.
