The gentleman that made my burrito bowl was not trained properly. He made my food from beginning to end. Shorted a lot of different items from the beginning, and was clearly nervous to go to the salsa side of things, and definitely tried pushing things on me i did not ask for such as queso and veggies. When I ordered the guacamole, the gentleman hardly put the tip of the spoon in the guacamole and clearly shorted the appropriate amount. When I asked for cheese, he hardly put a dusting of cheese on the bowl, I usually do it in this order to prevent the guacamole from sticking to the lid which didnt matter because the guacamole put on the bowl wasnt even enough to stick to the food. After a long day of traveling from San Diego to Newport, this experience just added to my bad day already. Not worth the stop. Just keep driving until the next Chipotle comes up. Rude service as though I was impeading upon "their" time, from service to cashier. Worst experience I have had at a chipotle and will not recommend.

This place needs to be shut down. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s always dirty, there’s no way I trust their food quality, and god help you if you order take out, there’s no way they get your order right. Or you get a big bowl of lettuce and cheese for $25. They don’t care and it seems like they’re on a mission to get their location shut down. What happened to chipotle

They are aware as we called the specific location as well as corporate (who gave us a refund). However, heads up to the public, we placed the order from around the corner and went right there for pickup and the food was completely, entirely cold. Including my four year olds food. There is no way the food was prepared hot since we came from literally minutes away. This is a food poisoning incident waiting to happen.

Inattentive staff blasting their music behind the counter not paying attention to customers waiting. No ice in the drink dispenser, out of napkins, trash cans overflowing, nasty bathroom out of paper towels….. great to see the youth of America taking their part time jobs seriously. Oh yeah, and the flurry of F bombs from behind the counter was great with my nine year old in tow.

I went here with my daughter and her college friends. The kids seemed to love it, but it wasn't really my thing. Parking is good. My burrito was only 1/3 of the way full, folded into a square, and not all of my selections were in there. The trash cans were so full that people had to set their trash on the floor or stack it on top of the bins.

Came here for a quick dinner and being disappointed is an understatement. The hot and cold line was an absolute mess and reflected in my burrito each time I took a bite and tasted ingredients I didn’t order. The cashier was friendly but unorganized since the staff didn’t care to write the order on the foil of the burrito. When looking for a place to sit, the dinning room was filthy. I have attached photos but find it amazing that with 8 workers in the open kitchen, I had to wipe my own table down to sit and enjoy my food. On top of this, I watched as the worker on the line held his phone in his gloved hands and then proceeded to make an order with those same gloves on. The Agua Fresca was completely out and no employee had a care to refill it. Keep in mind, it was 5 in the afternoon. This overall experience was horrible and I think the regional manager needs to pay a visit to this location. If the dining room is a mess, how safe is the food preparation?
