Soo the food as always is good but as someone who cleans they're coffee pot every single day to then go to a chain restaurant and have not only our coffee pot but the tables next to us be like this was absolutely disgusting... after a while, this will grow bacteria and make someone sick. I hope to God they start cleaning their coffee pots. Ew.

OMG... Lived here in Middletown for 2 years and first time visiting IHOP! Don't know why I waited so long. Wife and I stopped in for a late evening dinner(breakfast) and everything was amazing. Ashley was our waitress; very attentive and took care of us. The kitchen staff absolutely crushed it! Had the Spicy Poblano Hollandaise.... ??? Wife the Thick and fluffy French toast with eggs and sausage and that was delicious as well. All in all, 10 out of 10 for everything! We'll be back soon!

Not all IHOPs are created equal, but this one is really good!It’s clean, the service is great and the food is consistent.As a vegetarian, the Impossible sausage patty keeps me coming back! It’s not something I find at most diners. For those that like a classic breakfast, I recommend the World Famous Breakfast combo.My only complaint: the $3.60 iced coffee should be free refills. But until then, the hot coffee pot is a better bang for your buck.Vegetarian options: Impossible sausage patty

I had to stop by today even though I'm like their loyal customer off and on but today it was very packed and the servant was very kind and polite and also I spoke to the store manager he's like a cool friend of mineI had a bacon temptation with wheat toast on the side with butter then one of my sides was some fruits and also hash browns definitely was made well done and the fruit was freshI also take my kids here as well when we have family timeFood was very delicious and I always enjoy coming to IHOP because that's one of my childhood places growing up going time after time but I am originally from New York CityI hope this can enlighten somebody's day reading this post and looking at the images that are showing here

Nothing really remarkable about this IHOP. Place was pretty empty and it still took about 12 minutes for a server to come take our order or even introduce themselves. Food, mediocre. Looking to stop here for a quick bite to eat and took a lot longer than hoped. Server was friendly but the food...it's IHOP, you get what you get... standard.
It is a small establishment but it was clean and tidy, bathrooms were also nice and clean. Our server Amanda was great she was efficient and polite. She rushed our order so we didn't have to wait for our food to come out much later since there was a big group in the building as well. Food was great and came out in a timely manner.
