This McDonald’s everytime I stay at the hotel down the road I come here 2 times a day today I came around 4 o’clock pm I ordered a hot fudge sundae they out caramel and hot fudge in it I didint notice until I got home then later in the night I went back for food I got 2 six piece nuggets they only gave me 1 I had to go back around and sit in the long line again and they didint give me the sauce what’s the point of asking if u want any sauce if all u guys do is forget it I’m sick of employes notDoing their job and paying attention they they get mad at the customer when they are the ones makeing the mistake so inconvient work is not a play ground it’s ur job lately jobs have turned into more of a day care center cause everyone acts like kids at work can’t get off their phones everyoneWants money but no one wants to work for it if ur not happy quit ur job

This McDonald's branch is very bad. They show their frustration on customers. They also cheat. They said they are out of ingredients after I ordered and paid for a caramel hot chocolate (along with few other items). Shift manager was very rude when asked for a small coffee and return of the price difference. He said "you will get 50c, do you want it back"? First of all that is not the truth about price difference and secondly what kind of question is that? Will he accept if i have short of 50c on the payment? He was rude and called me 'rude' in return when i tried to explain. Said "we are very busy to check the price and give a receipt".

The McDonald's at 1425 W Main Rd, Middletown, RI 02842 is just horrible in the mornings they really need to have a manager there to get everything ready to start breakfast at 7 am. There is always tons of people in line early morning waiting and waiting and 8 times out of 10 they come and say the grill is broken they can only do coffee and hashbrown. How many times a month does that grill breaks? The answer is they are not there early enough to prep for breakfast and they lie to customers so they don't have to serve until their ready. And its especially frustrating when you put the order online the app actually charges you for the order then you get there and the grill is broken again!!!!! Poor management and clearly corporate doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
