Shawn was PHENOMENAL! He attentively took our order and went above and beyond to supersede our expectations. He was knowledgeable, customer-focused, and efficient. We loved him and will be back to see him. On the other hand - the other employees working were very rude and created an uncomfortable environment, as though us being there was an inconvenience to them - they did not get our order correct. Thank you, Shawn, for being so wonderful - everyone else should take notes.

I've been here a couple times because I love the icecream! You will needs hours of time coming to this place. The service is extremely slow! There are always so many employees too so I don't understand why it always takes so long. Icecream is delicious, food is basic. Nothing special!Parking: Tons of parking right outside the building. They have their own lot.Kid-friendliness: I have a 5 year old boy. He was running around after eating all his icecream with toppings. Didn't bother anyone. He also speaks very loudly! I always have to tell him to whisper.
