I was really excited to try this place based on the reviews and reading about it online. However I was extremely disappointed that none of the ingredients were fresh. My strawberries and bananas for my smoothie were pulled from a freezer as it was made in front me.

They don’t disclose that their “healthy” powdered shakes and teas have supplements in them that can be allergens or interfere with certain medications/health conditions. Please do research and understand what you’re consuming before supporting this type of business.

So I've tried all of the shake places on Aquidneck Island & this one is the best! Great atmosphere (lots of room here), best prices & delicious shakes. The ladies sitting at the bar were very nice & the barista Lindsey is fast & makes great shakes! This will be my new go-to spot for my protein shakes & tea!

I loved RI Nutrition! First of all the women working there was very nice. She was friendly and answered all my questions. She helped me decided on the smoothie I got. I got the fluffernutter shake which was delicious and tasted just like fluff! The immune boosting tea that comes with it was also delicious. I really enjoyed the shake which was very filling. For the two drinks it cost me 11 dollars and I think it is worth it! I can't wait to go back and try different shakes and teas!
