Look, I know it's Taco Bell - fast food tacos and all that but why is it that every time I order from this one Taco Bell in particular, from Door Dash in the past or Uber Eats today, do they REFUSE to give me the hot sauce I request? It's every time, almost feels on purpose at this point and it's not cute. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and three tacos and asked for 5 packets of "Hot" sauce. It's not even an excessive amount to request nor a weird one since they literally serve tacos and have the option for sauce requests in the app. Because most people have hot sauce with their freaking tacos... The tacos themselves aren't bad but literally EVERY ORDER EVER from this location you don't include the sauce? Ridiculous. It's been over a year since I last ordered from here with the same problem in the past. We had made three to four separate orders at that time with the same. exact. issue. Why?? Just include the dang sauce please?

Usually usual, exactly what I expect from Taco Bell. On a few separate occasions, I've gotten bad tortilla chips at this location (and others as well) and they are always willing to replace with something else.Order through the app and you can get some better prices and rewards too.

Where do I even start ? I’m still recovering from severe heartburn from their refried beans in the burrito wrap that I had. Some of the guys working there were rude and passing snarky comments. If not for the nice lady that helped with our dine-in orders, we would have stormed out. The ambiance is plain SAD to put it mildly. We were the only ones sitting there for an entire hour. The portion size of the vegetarian bowl was incredibly less for the price. The main entree felt like appetizers because of their stingy portion sizes. Absolutely zero value for money. And the fountain drinks - they might as well serve flavored water (heavily diluted soda drinks). Sad drinks for sad meals. Stay away from this place, although they move like they are about to shut the place for good anytime soon..so.

As someone who used to work at a Taco Bell, the 5-layer was loose, the quesadilla wasn't cut very well, and the chips weren't full at all. I didn't come when it was all that busy, and it still took 15 minutes to get my food.

Drive-through was not open at 0900. Just sat there, people working inside and no service. 2/22/24. Wasted my morning driving here

Efit: Feb 2024. Most of these employees are straight trash. Rude to customers and inefficient. A few good ones but few and far between.When its good, its good. If its not, you may never get your order. Online ordering is the key to all things here. Quick control and food often ready when arriving. Clean and mostly well stocked in the napkin/fork/sauce area

worst customer service I have ever seem I went there last week ordered my food on the kiosk. The wait for the food was very long because they were focusing on the drive-though and not the walk ins. I heard an employee from the back say if they don't like the wait they can go down the street to Burger King and have it their way. Just very unprofessional
