I'm going back solely to see Candice again - she was absolutely incredible! Such wonderful service and so genuine and kind. She knew just from how I said I liked my drink that I really didn't like it and gave me a new one for free I'll be back soon!

Had a fantastic dinner, delicious cocktail and scrumptious dessert at Tickets!!!!We enjoyed the ground floor dining room, spacious booth and Uber friendly staff! The menu has something for everyone.Highlights of our meal were:A starter for the theee of us — perfectly cooked and breaded calamari with pepperchini peppers! Probably some of the best on island we’ve had so far!Prime Rib ❤️ An absolute treat, and have to say glad we got it here. Gravy was perfectly seasoned and not too salty, dipping sauce was spot on and the mashed potatoes and stuffed potatoe were so good.Side salads with blue cheese dressing- we don’t normally eat all this rich food but sometimes you have to and again, blue cheese was worth the calories here ❤️CheesBurger was exceptionally tasty, well portioned and cooked as order!Fried Oreos made our special occasions extra special and worth every bite - upside: they were enjoyed without a carnival line? The Maple Old Fashioned with Cinnamon rim was delicious too.We will return when we want a rich, and filling meal! No pics because we enjoyed ourselves and unplugged. Also - service was so good!!!!!!

Great place to get seafood. Portions were amazing - the fish sandwich came and it was basically two sandwiches. Definitely recommend.

There are 3 parts to this review, first the quality of food continues to decline. The stuffed clams are dry balls of predominantly bread, the clam chowder is mostly roux and potatoes, food often arrives tepid. Second, my last 3 deliveries were incomplete or incorrect, so the kitchen cannot deliver correctly what you order. Third, the management is absolutely indifferent to the incompetence of the kitchen. Last incorrect order, Brian(the manager?) said he was going to have a conversation with the kitchen. Woah, that made me feel so much better. There are so many better options, even on the same row of buildings.

I recently dined at Tickets and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. While the atmosphere, staff friendliness, and picturesque view were undeniably five-star worthy, the same cannot be said for some of the food offerings.Let's start with the positives. The ambiance of the restaurant is absolutely delightful, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere perfect for a meal with friends or family. The staff were attentive, courteous, and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. And, of course, the view from the restaurant is simply breathtaking, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. However, where the experience fell short was in the execution of some of the food items. Despite advertising a specialty in brick oven pizza, the pizza we received was a disappointment. It was under-cooked, with barely melted cheese, which is not what one would expect from a legitimate brick oven preparation. The lack of proper cooking resulted in a raw texture that was far from appetizing.Similarly, the buffalo tenders failed to deliver on their promise. Instead of the expected spicy flavor, they tasted overwhelmingly of melted butter. It seemed as though they were sautéed solely in butter, lacking the signature buffalo sauce kick that defines this dish.On a brighter note, the pasta dishes and fish tacos were highlights of the meal, showcasing flavors that were well-balanced and satisfying. In conclusion, while Tickets excels in providing a wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and stunning views, the inconsistency in the quality of some food items was disappointing. If you choose to dine here, I would recommend exploring options beyond the pizza and buffalo tenders. With some improvements in the kitchen, this restaurant could truly be a standout dining destination.
