I and my Mom ate here with some friends. My Mom didn't like your clamcakes (No clam inside. ) I enjoyed your lobster roll( way better than Champlin's Seafood restaurant) the reason why is you put more than lobster salad you put lobster claws meat on it.

Huge disappointment! I know it's off season but wow. We got a fish sandwich that the flavor of lettuce over powered the fish if you can believe it. The new england clam chowder has the consistency of water and tasted like potato soup. Zero seasonings and 1 tiny pc. of clam. The stuffies...I think I've said enough already ?...the Oyster crackers were probably the best thing. Probably won't ever be back. Not sure if it's under new ownership or what but it was very disappointing.

The clam cakes are good, though the oil appeared to be old and left some brown particulate on the clam cakes. They are very generously sized and have a good flavor. The white chowder is not thick, and is more like a home style chowder. If that's to your liking, then you'll love it! I personally like a thicker chowder so I wasn't as keen on it.

Stopped in on 9/8/23 for a, BLT Lobster sandwich on homemade bread, lemonade, and chips. I paid $42 for my meal and it was terrible. The sandwich was a mess. A clump of overcooked bacon, a ridiculous chunk of tomato, and bread so thick, I thought it had a BBL. I ended up just picking out the lobster meat and eating that, which was really good. All jokes aside, the lemonade was watery, and my bag of chips were stale. Although my meal bad, the kid at the counter was very nice, and my food came out quickly. The restaurant was also clean and organized. Please look into revising that sandwich to make it more appetizing. The bread is too thick, and bland, and needs mayo on each slice. Consider using a better cut of bacon, and make sure they are laid nicely on top of the lobster meat. Stop chopping the lettuce, but do chop the lobster, with a bit of celery, mayo, and season it with a pinch of salt and pepper. Please and thank you. I promise you, it’ll be a hit. Anyway, I won’t order that sandwich again and wouldn’t recommend it. Despite all that, I’d still come back next summer to try other things.

Virtually no service. Food was terrible. Clam cakes had no clams. Clam chowder had one tiny piece of clam. Lobster roll completely tasteless. Will never go back. If I could give it a negative review, I would.

Stopped in yesterday, placed an order for clam cakes. The clam cakes were the worst that I've had in 66 years. The service was slow, with just a handful of patrons. Will never stop there again, with Iggy's next door.

Staff was polite and friendly but the food was not good. I ordered the fried shrimp and they were small, tough, and very briney. They tasted frozen. I've had better shrimp from a Popeyes chicken. Its been about 30 min since we ate there and it is doing s number in my stomach. Would not recommend.

Aunt Carrie's is one of our favorite places for a laid back seafood meal. We love the clam cakes and chowder (milk is our choice) accompanied by a lobster roll. Fresh and tasty. You can dine in or order from their takeout window and enjoy your meal on one of many picnic tables. It's great families. For adults, you can take a cooler with your beverage of choice. You can order ice cream after dinner (if you have room for dessert ?)For those visiting, it's a beautiful location by the water. There is a walking path to the ocean right off the property. The ultimate summer experience that will become one of your family summer memories.

It pains me to say this because this place is part of my childhood as a native Rhode Islander. Tiny dish of overcooked whole clams for $26. Bowl of clear chowder for $8 lukewarm! The waitstaff is awesome though! Homemade cinnamon swirl bread is fantastic. Go to George's in Galilee for chowder and clams at the takeout window, then go get the bread to take home at Aunt Carrie's. They have an ice cream place across the street that is excellent.

Hostess was wonderful. Busy place, but only waited about 15-20 minutes with 5 parties ahead of us (2). Waitress was great, answered menu questions, and checked on us often. Chowder & clamcakes were very good. Steamers also very good. I had fish and chips but had to send it back because it wasn't cooked all the way. Re-fire came back but still didn't look right in the middle, and the batter tasted weird, so I didn't eat it. I didn't say anything to the waitress, just took it home and tossed it. Found out its frozen fish from a bag that's dumped into a fryolater....? that was disappointing. Our meal came with a dessert, and we were told we could go across the street to the ice cream counter or choose a slice of pie. We opted for ice cream, but when we ordered it, they charged us extra for the cone and the jimmies. Which was weird for a free dessert. The ice cream was very good, though. In the future, I'll stick to the chowder & clamcakes and ice cream.

We went there today for fried clams and was very disappointed. Not only was I surprised that for $24 I got literally a hand full of clams and only one had a descent size belly on it but when I stuck my folk in it, black stuff came out the belly. My brother and I had the clams and we are both sitting at home with upset stomachs. Quality and quantity has gone down the drain. Completely unsatisfied customer.
