I don't like that you have to get a huge 5 peices of French toast and you can't get 2 with eggs etc. Cornbeef hash isn't your traditional type and I wasn't a big fan of whatever veggies were mixed in and the bottom was alittle burnt. Two adults and 1 child came to over $50 so its a bit on the pricey side.“
“I've only ever had their omelettes, home fries and rye toast. I keep wanting to try other things on their menu but their breakfast is so fantastic I keep ordering the same thing! What a great home town diner experience. Good comfort food and great atmosphere with friendly workers. Can't wait to go back!“
“A warning- if you dont like honest reviews of deliciousness on a Saturday morning, please scroll on by. I wish I was able to take a photo of my breakfast from Mae's Place this morning, but quite frankly- it was so yummy, I gobbled it up without even blinking. A Valentine's Day special, i saw the menu posted on their Instagram with some photos, so I ordered the Bacon and Latke Eggs Benedict with a side of fruit and a cawfee to go. I live about 6-8 minutes away from Mae's, and let me tell you- I drooled the whole ride home. The smell of fresh latkes and coffee swirling around my car, I couldn't wait to tear into that breakfast. It was so good. The eggs were made to my liking, the bacon crunchy, the latkes seasoned and yum.... It also helps that when I call to put my order in, "Miss Fabulous" herself; Jackie, answers with "Hiiiiiii Areiiiinnnaaaa" when she picks up the phone to take my order Do yourselves a favor this weekend, treat yourself right and get some eggs Bennie from Mae's. “Went to Franklin Spa this morning with my baby. They were extremely accommodating and gave us a great booth away from the main path for travel. My little one usually gets over stimulated so I appreciated them finding us a quiet spot. I ordered the blueberry stuffed French toast and it was amazing!! After taking the first bite, I regretted planning to share it with my little one. It's just so good that you really don't want to share! I also ordered the corned beef hash. It was a new item menu and it was delightful! You could tell it was homemade and made right. Specifically, it was crisp on the outside, moist meat and potatoes on the inside, and not greasy. I really wish I ordered some to-go. Lastly, I ordered the "Go Green" smoothie which is spinach, celery, pineapple & apple juice. It was very refreshing and not too heavy so I was able to enjoy it alongside my meal. Overall, it was a great experience with friendly staff and fresh food.“

“The food was DELICIOUS!! I got the fried scallop plate and the scallops were HUGE, sweet and delicious. The fries were good too. Small portions, big prices, counter staff wasn't particularly friendly or nice, but the scallops were worth it.“
