Terrible food went there for a chicken Caesar salad and it had bacon bits and other food in it from the previous foods made they didn’t even clean the grill they told me that’s the way it is if you don’t like it don’t come here anymore poor customer service highly recommend going to rebeccas

Ordered a Dole Whip cone at the cost of almost $9. It was so soft that it drooped off the side of the cone so they gave me a cup and spoon. When I said something about it they were like; too bad. By the time I got to a table it was mostly melted. I sat there watching others get cones and the very next soft serve fell right off the customer’s cone. They needed to tell the customers that they were having a problem and not sell it. I would never have wasted my money if I had known and when they realized it should have offered me an alternative or my money back. Very disappointed.

This was by far one of the worst places we have eaten at our entire vacation. We came to grab something quick instead of sitting down and waiting at a restaurant on the island. I got a Buffalo chicken wrap. My boyfriend got a hot dog, cheese burger, and cheese fries. A square of cheese you'd get out of a package was melting on to the fries. You can literally see the outline... my wrap had maybe had 5-6 small cut pieces in each side. 17.99 was the price of the wrap and it was mainly lettuce. Please avoid so you don't ruin your day. Total was $58 pictures shown below..Another note to add was a girl who works here came in and the owner was loud and rude. Very unprofessional we were sitting trying to eat what food had already ruined our mood and she's bullying her staff. Very unprofessional. Don't let your children work here apparently either !

We stopped to have some ice cream and sit for a bit. They tried to give my husband and ice cream cone that looked like a child made it. They did remake it for him when he asked them to. The portion sizes are VERY small for the price you pay. The staff is rude.

You only go there for a lobster roll! They hand pick all the best meat from the lobster, to the roll! Pricey but worth it! Some ppl say they are rude there, which they can be. And fries are good too.

I ordered the chicken tenders for my daughter. They were not anything special. They didn't come with fries and they were out of bbq sauce (I get it, you're on an island. Things run out). I also ordered the homemade raspberry lemonade. I thought it would have something to do with actual raspberries for the price. It was lemonade with blue raspberry syrup added. Now, I know that things on an island are more expensive, but, 3, nondescript chicken tenders for $9.99? Please!! Go across the street to Rebecca's!

Spent $70 on two burgers nuggets fries and two drinks , the food was disgusting I knew it was bad when my burger was done after a minute. The nuggets tasted like microwave nuggets even the fries were trash . I didn’t understand why so expensive for trash microwave food. Regret wasting my $70 there

DO NOT GO HERE - complete waste of money. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap for $19 and it was 95% lettuce, literally with only two tiny pieces of chicken in it. Currently going hungry without a proper lunch. This business has a monopoly on the poor tourists coming off the ferry who don't know any better. I understand the high prices but the food is such poor quality. They make victims out of anyone who dares visit. Predatory business ought to be shut down
Just plain rude. We ordered over $40 of food at this place, including iced coffee. I didn't like the iced coffee, so I went across the street to get an iced latte. I went back to the restaurant to grab my bags, that were with my husband who was eating his meal, and the incredibly RUDE gut, whom I JUST PURCHASED Del's lemonade from right outside the gate of the patio area would not let me retrieve my bags because I had outside drinks. He kept pointing to the sign that said "no outside food or drinks". Yeah, I get it, but he wouldn't even let me walk in to get my freaking bags. My husband and son are alone while I stood outside the gate for 20 minutes! Seriously, this is NOT how you treat a customer who just spend $40 at your restaurant. And the iced coffee AND the food also sucked on top of it. It only gets business because it's the first place off of the boat.

The lobster roll was good, but those aren't usually too hard to find. This place worked because we were walking and just wanted a quick lunch, but wow the service was bad. Its takeout, so there really isn't much service expected. The BLT Wrap came out with about 2 cups of shredded lettuce and 2 tiny, crunchy strips of bacon. When we asked they were annoyed, but obviously we weren't the first to ask about such a disappointing meal. Lobster roll, BLT (minus the B) and some crunchy French fry bits (plus mandatory gratuity) we were about $75. Hard pass on the wraps, but for a quick bite this place might satisfy.

You know me, it's tough for me to give one star. This place is terrible, avoid at all costs. I should have checked with the Yelp community on this before dining, but I didn't. I got a $20 BLT wrap, it only had two small pieces of bacon on it. When I told the gentleman at the counter, he said it wasn't his problem. When I told the woman at the register she said "sorry bout it" and gave me a nasty look. Attaching picture, points to you if you can find the bacon under the giant bed of lettuce.

What happened? Used to be great burgers and friendly people. What kind of restaurant runs out of lettuce and tomatoes before noon on the 4th of July? Burgers were meh...tasteless. Rude service person threw the condiment packages at me. Will not go back, nor will I recommend.
