After staying in all summer it was a welcome treat to dine at Winfields. Our server Mary was amazing and her support crew was so attentive. Loved the salad and the maple fried chicken thigh. Warm bread with a roasted garlic bulb, so delicious. Thanks Windfield's crew for a closing weekend delight!

Great service had Melania, very attentive and knew both the menu and wine list well. Scallop appetizer was fantastic. Ordered the salmon risotto and the cod, both were exceptional.
Wonderful night at Winfield's. Mary was our server. The Panko Cod and Riggatoni were excellent, but the Chicken Tikka Masala could have had a bit more spice and kick...a bit on the neutral side. Highly recommend the Cod.

Recommended by a local for best food on Block Island, and we were not disappointed. The swordfish and cod were both superb. So moist and delicious. Our service was excellent also. The only downside was that it was a bit loud, and we had to speak loudly also to hear each other at our table.

Took our hard working staff out to dinner and it was beyond expectations! Everyone orders something different including desserts and so incredibly delicious and the BEST meal I have had the entire summer on Block Island. Hands down a 5 star experience! I would eat here every night. New outdoor deck and seating area is gorgeous as well!

We travel to BI once a year and always include Winfield's for our last night! They are exceptional! Food is just amazing and service great! Emma was wonderful and we can't wait for next year!

We love Winfields! Such a yummy menu, great service and talented bartender. Restaurant bar area is lively and bright with the new renovation . The restaurant itself could use some modernization. Too dark and noisy.

We had a great time at Winfields. The restaurant was really nice inside and they had a couple of people singing outside on the deck. It was really nice. Our food was excellent especially the scallop chowder appetizer, I wanted more of it. It was so delicious. My husband ordered salmon and I had the cod both were very good. Service was also great!
The filet mignon was delicious and melted in your mouth like butter. The cod was also excellent and a great portion size. The garlic with the bread is always a favorite. Waitress and staff very attentive.
Food and service were outstanding. Scallop appetizer was especially delicious. All fish entrees we had (salmon, tuna, and cod) were fresh and well prepared. We saved room for dessert, and were glad we did! Noise level was the only thing that detracted from our experience.

Definitely two thumbs up, no complaints, we eat out often, and very few places wow you. The food was top notch everything we had was spectacular. Would certainly recommend eating there. ??

I have had a house on BI for 30+ years and have never eaten at Winfields until now. What I have been missing all these years ? The food and service were fantastic. Had a really nice and attentive server (Eli). The food quality and presentation were wonderful. The bread with garlic clove-AWESOME Loved the interior restaurant decor as well as all the old BI pictures. The new outside deck is really nice. The only negative was the waitress on the deck was not very organized 15min to ask us for our drink order and another 15min to bring out a can of beer and a glass of wine.
It was way too noisy to eat in the restaurant so we opted for the bar. We wouldn't have been able to talk in the restaurant. Halibut was good but we didn't like the side dish with Gorgonzola beans and the wait staff said absolutely no substitutions. Salad was very good.
