We were looking for a quick place to eat early in the morning on off season, and Kaffeology hit the spot! The breakfast sandwiches were delicious, the service was quick, the staff was friendly, Taylor Swift was playing in the background, and the vibes overall were great. The drinks were fun (a Milky Way latte and a Rose Vanilla Latte? yum!) and the restaurant was cute with seating for about 8 people. I would love to stop in again next time I'm in Newport!

Lovely spot with great breakfast sandwiches. Absolutely loved they could accommodate GF safely and went two mornings in a row! It's an elevated coffee shop offering quality over quantity with friendly service. Highly recommend!

We loved Kaffeology - I got the breakfast BLT and my husband got The Wicked Good Classic breakfast sandwich and both exceeded expectations. Our iced mochas were delicious as well. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming. I couldn't recommend this spot more!

Excellent avocado toast. They should make it more obvious that it is a restaurant. Very easy to walk past without knowing they have great coffee and food. One of the few places open before 11am on a winter weekend.

Great coffee shop with great customer service. Food good, coffee good and clean shop with cute things for sale. I put in the order online and I sent it to the wrong shop and they were nice enough to call and cancel at the other shop and the cook still made me the sandwich I ordered that wasn't even on the menu. I go to a lot of little shops traveling for work. Will be back here :)

When in Newport, forget Starbucks. Head over to Kaffeology instead. This small coffee shop/breakfast shop on Thames street is a must! You will not regret it. Pictured is the coconut cream cold brew and the salted caramel cream cold brew. Both were great in my opinion. I am so glad I don't have to make a separate coffee run. For breakfast, I shared the avocado toast with a side of smoked salmon with my son. And although this can get messy with the balsamic vinaigrette, it was delicious! My husband had the Signature Breakfast Sandwich. This was also delicious as well. I also ordered a ham and cheese sandwich for my daughter (not pictured here). No croissants available today. There is street parking and there is $10 parking across the street for those who would like to park 12 hours and explore Thames Street in Newport. Unfortunately we couldn't come back later in the day for the special smoothies. We will definitely be back during the summer.

Quick, cute, yummy, and cozy! Big fan of this spot. Drinks were good, food was filling. Not a lot of seating, but they do a great to go job. Some cute little items to purchase if in need of a last minute gift.

We stopped by Kaffeology on our way to Sparkling Lights at The Breakers. I chose the Marble House Latte, named after one of the iconic Newport Mansions, which was delicious! They offer seasonal drinks, baked goods and some indoor seating. Service was quick, and the cafe is so cute you will want to sit and stay a while.

I'm a sucker for chai tea so you imagine my joy when I went here and saw that they had so many varieties of chai teas. Vanilla chai, hazelnut chocolate chai, marble house chai-- I didn't even know these varieties could exist haha PLUS they had so many other drinks that sounded so good (like strawberry milk matcha) that it was seriously a struggle figuring out what to order. If only I had multiple stomachs to try them all! I finally opted for the chocolate hazelnut chai because I never heard of it before and it did not disappoint! So creamy--it was like a warm hug in a coffee cup. My friends ordered the white mocha and Milky Way and they both said their drinks were really good. So I think the verdict is: this place is pretty solid!

We stopped here a couple of times during our stay, and each time we really enjoyed our food and beverages! After spending $20 for a coffee and a latte at a coffee place in our hotel, I was thrilled to find this delightful cafe just a block away. It was VERY reasonable for the quality of the product. Over the course of a few days we had: a potato burkeas, raspberry shortbread, a chocolate crossiant, an everything bagel and a “ hangover cure” sandwich. Coffee included a white mocha latte, and a cappuccino and regular coffee. All were delish.
