Smoothies and pastries were good but was confused by the restaurant being inside of the grocery store and with a much more limited menu than it showed online. Otherwise, staff was nice and helpful in making choices.

Keenwah Superfood Eatery is inside “A Market” which is a fantastic little gourmet market (not full service grocery store but has a great selection). It would be my number one choice to go stock up for a picnic in Newport. There are soups to go. A whole grab and go area with interesting salads and protein options in various portion sizes like curried chicken salad, a tempeh version of that, deviled eggs, etc. I read the ingredients in many of them. I noticed no preservatives or unnecessary/ undesirable ingredients. Places like this are hard to find.My favorite was the beet salad!Sandwiches all wrapped up and ready to go that looked very fresh. Hummus and cheeses. The smoothie menu looked good.Fresh squeezed juices- and the excellent.A very good bulk section! My friend and I really enjoyed shopping here and will definitely be back next time! There is indoor and outdoor seating available and clean restrooms near the Keenwah cafe part of the store. You can get parking validated in this parking lot.

Inside A Market. A Market is like a mini Whole Foods. Keenwah has pre-prepared tofu scramble burritos and lots of different yummy vegan muffins. There are tables outside to sit at. Given the other few vegan options Keenwah was a great find.

Great smoothies, but the absolute WORST hours. I'm never able to go here because they close at 3 in the afternoon. I would love to stop by when I grocery shop after work but I guess it'll never happen.

At the counter, there is one thing that is vegan. It was not good. But, as I was waiting for my tofu and spinach sandwich, I checked out the refrigerated sandwiches- a few were vegan and looked good.

Well I recommend the market and think the Keenwah menu looks great, please be forewarned that as of August 3, if it is not open for orders or counter service due to COVID-19. All they have are prepared foods and ready-made sandwiches, and very few options were left by 2:30 in the afternoon – a store clerk suggested to me you have to arrive in the morning to have alot of options. Which might be nice, but I personally walked a mile from the beach looking forward to ordering a sandwich, and was not able to. Hopefully they will feel able to resume more normal operations sometime soon.

This restaurant is great! So far I’ve tried the edamame hummus wrap, smoked tempeh burger, and açaí energy smoothie and they are all delicious! I love that the grocery market it is inside sells vegan mochi as well, and it is very good

I enjoy the A market though it's a bit expensive but I really liked the food I've tried at Keenwah, which is inside the market. I've tried the Edamame Hummus wrap, very tasty! And the Machu Pichu burrito, which I love! The quinoa, sundried tomatoes and feta are perfect together, I chose egg and chicken for proteins. The service was kind. Maybe it's just me but I enjoy walking around a health food store! It makes me feel healthy. It's worth a visit or enjoy it to go!
