First thing first Kilwin's have a great ice cream no doubt They also have great flavors selection Our top 3 it's definitely Turtle Sundae, Sea-Salt Caramel and Five Chocolate so delicious Their customer service is amazing and they always have the extra patient so you can try some samples and choose your favorite ice cream flavor The ambiance in this location is not really relevant just because it's mainly a pick up and go concept Highly recommend

When you walk in the smell of deliciousness immediately hits you. I was looking forward to getting some ice cream. I was looking around with my son while my sister and her kids ordered. When they finished I ordered a vanilla shake. The associate assisting us was so rude! When I ordered my shake she looked at her coworker and said "See!" She was then huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing her with my order. Mind you it wasn't even busy. So I asked if it was a problem. That I ordered a shake and if I should not order. She rolled her eyes and said no. I should have just walked out but my son wanted a chocolate bunny. She was extremely rude and she was also rude to the other employee there. The shake was mediocre at best. I'd rather go to Newport creamery and get my chocolate from Newport Sweets Shoppe up the street. Service is a big thing to me and when I go to your place of employment and you treat me as if I had the audacity to come in and order something... you're done. Will not go back here or recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for a sweet treat. They had a variety of ice cream, chocolates, fudge, and candied/caramel apples. Plenty of stuff to buy as small gifts too. We got a mint cookie sundae with hot fudge and the New Orleans praline pecan. The pecan was absolutely amazing; mint was good. Their waffle cone was also so delicious and fresh, it was still warm when they gave it to us. We came on an early Sunday evening and there were only a few people in the store. Service was quick. There is mainly paid parking in this area so we parked in the residential area a few blocks away.

Long line but moved quickly! One scoop is more than enough. Friendly staff, and the ice cream was delicious.

Every Kilwin's location I have visited is great. This one gets VERY busy during peak season/weekends but the line moves pretty quickly. Everything there is great quality from the chocolates, to the covered apples, to the ice cream.

I stopped in a couple of times while vacationing in the area to get my ice cream "fix". I absolutely loved this place. They have such a great selection of ice cream flavors and at a reasonable price. They also sell fudge, popcorn, and an assortment of candies, which can be pretty costly, depending on what you are getting. The shop itself is very clean and organized and the staff is very fast and helpful. My only complaint would be is, I wish there was a location closer to where I live cause this chain is awesome, and I would be in here all the time!

Stopped by here on a mid-week afternoon; the smell of fudge and waffle cones tempted us! They have a very large selection of ice cream, both low-cal and "who's counting calories?". I didn't pick up any fudge, but that will be for another visit. The line for ice cream was about 6 people deep; understandable for a hot summer day. I can anticipate it is much longer on a warm evening. The ice cream was perfect and delicious.
