It was edible but pathetic comes to mind on the sprinkling of pizza toppings. The onions and peppers were chopped so small they looked like shaken out of a jar.Glad we ordered to go so our disappointment was a private laughing moment.Even the Greek salad is memorable only for how messy it was to eat, it was all lettuce.Disappointed customer and if we visit Newport again, we would only remember to try another place for pizza.

This place has amazing gluten free pizza. They have a maximum cost for any pizza you want of $26. The GF options can be pricey but with the maximum it is well worth the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will for sure be back.

Ordered dolma platter and fish and fish and chips. Captain daughter on draft. Friendly service nice decor. I respect this place since hurricane Bob destroyed Newport but this place was open.

Grinder was lousy , they use cheap meats on their sandwiches . Felt as though I was chewing on rubber bands. Will not be going back for a grinder

We've been going to Nikolas for more many decades now and Chris and Melissa are wonderful owners. The food is great and the service always exceptional. They truly care about Newporters and offer incredible off season deals. The portions are always large and very reasonably priced. We are very fortunate to have the business in our neighborhood.

Only a 2 because the staff was very friendly, but the food is simply not good. I personally don't like Greek-style pizza, and Nikolas' confirmed so. The major disappointment was the Greek salad w/ chicken, which I had high hopes for given the marketing of their heritage. The chicken portion was tiny, under seasoned, and not grilled hard enough (it was practically steamed in texture). Overall, it was an utterly hapless dish with no traditional flavoring or quality ingredients. I hate to ding a local spot, but its just not good.

We are from New York and were pleasantly surprised to find such a great restaurant! The atmosphere was festive and welcoming for Christmas. The food was delicious. The owners were gracious and hospitable, and the waitress was pleasant and professional. It was a great way to segue into 2024. We will look forward to dining here again when we return in the spring.

Had been a semi-regular (or last as much as an off-island person could go) but no more. Last time I went I called in an order, they confirmed the price name and everything and when I went to pick it up they supposedly had no record of it. Recognized the voice of the guy who took the order and he was laughing about it. With Checkers now an option, this place became an easy one to avoid.

Service was outstanding which is why I gave them a 1 star. The food tasted like A$$ at best . They claimed authentic but it was far from. I don't even think the owners are even Greek. The waiter pretends to have an accent but I heard him speaking perfect English with no accent. The ribs were supposed to be barbecue but tasted Asian and swear I saw a delivery from the Chinese restaurant down the street. The restroom signs weren't clearly marked and they were out of soap which could explain the taste of the food. On a good note, one of the children with us liked the mozzarella sticks
