Stopped in today on an overcast RI day while enjoying an instate vaca getaway for a few days. Opted to try their Beef Stew entree (for lunch-lol) since I felt the urge to warm up since the weather wasn't the best today. Definitely the right decision. Huge chunks of beef accompanied by fully cooked potatoes and massive carrots. Paired with 2 warm rolls filled my belly and prepped me for some more sidewalk trolling.

Second time here. I'm from CT. We came in for a small bite and drink with a few friends. The place was packed but there were still a few tables. The bar was packed and remained packed for a while. Great beer selections and happy people.Staff was pleasant and kept coming to ask what we needed. We tried their Garlic Parmigiana Fries and Seafood Cakes (shrimp, scallops and Crabs). Omg the most perfectly crispy yet not oily and flavorful fries. The seafood cakes will not disappoint you. Trust me fool of seafood and large portion. I was extremely impressed with this seafood cake. The aioli could have had a bit more flavor but still pleasant.Loved the ambiance. May be a little too loud for some but a perfect loudness for an Irish pub. Loved it!!

Hands down some of the best soup I have had in my life. The clam chowder and french onion were to die for. My relatives had a salad and the wings and they were also wonderful. One of the best food I had throughout my entire stay in new england. If you are within an hour drive, you gotta try their food. Very affordable. Incredibly delicious.Parking: Nice spots behind the bar and plenty around

TLDR: Came here for a dinner in the cold weather. Came here for a quick dinner on a Sunday Night, the pub is sealed off from the outside, has sports and a large beer selection. Bartender's were very nice and good with service. Food: Clam Chowder: 4.5/5- Very tasty, hits the spot when it is cold outside. Have no complaints with this dish. Chicken Curry: 4/5- Flavor is very good, the chicken is cooked well, vegetables with the dish are decent. Its more of a minimal sauce dish so the rice provided soaks it all up easily. Rice is a simple white rice. Personally prefer a 'wetter' dish in terms of the amount of curry sauce. But this dish hit the right spots.
