They accept Starbucks cards and have a mezzanine with additional seats. The garbage can was overflowing though.

What a great experience. The coffee etc was standard Starbucks issue. The staff was again nice, energetic and engaged what was different about this one is that they allow the homeless to sit to keep warm. It felt so nice that they care and are willing to manage the behavior of the homeless folks so everyone could remain comfortable. Just one step above the average. Human kindness can be witnessed at this location.

I had to try the gingerbread latte. It was very good. I try to avoid big chains, usually hitting the independent stores.But the coffee was good and the service good.

I ordered a strawberry açaí refresher and I was looking forward to it all weekend, but the WATERED IT DOWN so muchhh and I was so exicted for it but it tasted like sour mold. I hate this.

Did a DoorDash delivery here. Order was not there when I went to pick up. The red head said someone had already picked it up. I asked her to remake it because this customer will not be receiving her items she paid for. Someone else cannot take the order because two doordashers don’t get the same order unless one has canceled. So I’m out of money and the customer is out of her items. Of course she wasn’t bothered one wink to correct the problem. Workers should make sure people are picking up the right items so it’s smooth sailing for everyone involved

If reading this review is a waste of your time, you can thank Google for abusing my Google Maps data and nagging me to comment on a Starbucks we stopped at on a recent stay in Newport (when we were too lazy to walk to a proper coffee shop). Starbucks coffee: meh. Google: bad.

Although the Barista was pleasant, the downstairs tables were not clean so I went upstairs and the entire area was filthy . Crumbs and trash were everywhere and it even smelled foul. Went back downstairs only to have the air conditioner dripping on me.

At the end of the night after having my coffee at this Starbucks, I used the restroom before leaving. When I come out I was confronted by a young woman, who started yelling at me about the restroom being clearly unavailable. I told her I really needed to go to the bathroom and that I was an older woman that she should be respectful towards me and not be yelling at me and making an issue of me using the restroom. She ran ahead of me locked the door and held the door shut so I couldn't get out and proceeded to tell me that, even though I was an older person that I couldn't teach her anything and that it wasn't her problem if I needed to use the restroom. Mind you this woman appeared to be in charge of this store. After finally getting out of there, she proceeded to yell out the door like a crazy maniac. I should have reported this woman to the police because she locked me in the store and that's criminal.

Got some coffee and a latte. Cleaner inside that most Starbucks I've visited lately. I actually saw an employee wiping the counter down. They were pretty busy but didn't have to wait too long. A good stop if you need coffee.

I'd give the incompetent staff of this location negative stars if I could. Mobile orders take 20 minutes plus... In mysteriously they seem to run out of cold brew every morning during the busy rush.
