Was a patient in Newport ER waiting for discharge when husband got hungry .Decided on a footlong from Subway to split between us. Our usual is either Itlian or meatball, but wanted something different. Footlong teriyaki chicken sub..was very good. Even the ER doctor said it smelled good ?

Clean, quiet and the ladies there were super friendly. My sand-which was stuffed ? best sand-which I’ve ever gotten from subway. I ordered online. It was very quick! Soon as I got there it was already waiting for me.

Today I had one of the best experiences at Subway ever. Miss Pandora and Kathy behind the counter treated me with warm excellent customer service as soon as I walked through the door. Hilarious, patient and understanding they were the entire time. They actually make a proper sandwich unlike some other subway establishments I have been to before. All in all, they treated me right so it’s only right I do the same with this review!

We were spending the day in Newport, so we decided to get a sub for lunch. I placed my order on the Subway app, which I love. The app was developed and made to be easy and friendly. Once I customized my sub, the Have Ready time was given.We arrived right around the "ready time" and my sub was in a bag, under Online orders. I grabbed my bag and thanked the ladies behind the counter (two of them), telling them I got the order for Robert. One of them completely ignored me and the other one looked at me like..."who cares" ???!!!Really poor customer service.I had asked for my sub to be toasted well and it was not...it was lukewarm and not fully toasted...the fillings were adequate.Parking is minimal at this restaurant, so the best thing is to order online, pick up and go somewhere else to eat.

Pandora and Shawn are rockstars!! SO sooo sooo friendly, highly attentive to detail, and go out of their way to ensure guests are happy. I think it’s especially cool that they acknowledge every person as soon as they walk in, regardless how busy they might be. Hands-down, our favorite Subway in New England. 11/10 recommend!
