Honestly for a tavern / pub. It's quite nice. They have a variety of food and drinks of all sorts and it's quite tasty. The atmosphere is nice and cozy.Now remember this is a tavern / bar so don't expect a gastronomic experience. But if you're out and about with your partner and/of friends. Stop in for a beer and a snack.This is still New Port. So it's gonna go bad be cheap. But good enoughVegetarian options: Sprouts are fantastic

Best cheesecake in Newport! I had the ribs and onion rings which were both great. If you are looking for a place that has good ambiance and delicious food, this place is the place to go!

Got water glasses as soon as we sat down then sat for 20 mins with no one giving us a glance. Asked the hostess who our server was and she and said “she” would be by soon. No apology. 10 mins later the waitress stopped by and said she would be back in a second. No apology. Came back after a few minutes, took our drink order and tried to flee. We insisted on putting our whole order in before she left (in case we never saw her again). She wrote nothing down and left. Waitress had an indifferent attitude and it appeared she was bothered to take our order. We ordered nachos with no jalapeños and wondered if she was good enough not to write anything down. At the 50 min mark, still no drinks while our waitress stood at the end of the bar and looked at her phone. Our nachos arrived with big jalapeños on top and we left.We were a party of three. Easily pleased. The place was not busy. Several empty tables. We are now down the road enjoying pizza at a different place.

Joe is an awesome bartender with a great personality. We did a Japanese whisky tasting!
Ordered the fried chicken dinner and was served a shriveled cold heap of mashed potatoes with what may have once been the breast of a chicken diagnosed with leprosy. While this is a great place with a good selection of drinks and a great way to watch the game, I don't recommend any of the food you're not paying a buck for on wednesdays. Also, the fish and chips looks really good.

Late night snack … menu was incredible. Wait staff was super friendly and ok the spot to help us. Cook staff went an extra step to get oysters prepared for us. They were Awesome!! Beer was cold. Chowder was excellent!! Loved our stop here.

My wife daughter and I stopped here for lunch. We all enjoyed our meals. I had fish and chips. The batter was a bit thicker than I liked, but fish was fresh. My daughter had quesadilla, and my wife had the caprese sandwich. Our hostess/waitress was very nice. She was tending many tables.
