Used to be decent but has gone downhill. Firstly, it appears to be run by kids who have no idea what they're doing. None of the staff ever wear masks and use their bare hands to make all the food. They just don't give a damn. The pizza is mediocre AT BEST but my daughter ordered a salad tonight, they put the salad in a pizza box! The lettuce was so dirty I told her not to eat it and they had no forks for the salad. It was $8 for basically dirty lettuce. Get your s*** together!Never will we go here again!

Unfortunately for the second time in a row nothing but issues here they used to be great came back recently and had great pizza there my last two trips most recent being last night pizza way undercooked mywings look delicious but they were still half raw and pink in the middle it took over 40 minutes to get our food third time I've been there where we had to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of the 25 we already gave them for a simple pizza and wings will be contacting management today most likely will not be returning unfortunately this place has gotten so inconsistent and going so far downhill since George left staff didn't even know if they had napkins are plates when I requested them

Wish there was 0 stars waited over an hour for DoorDash just to have my driver go there for nothing. Excuse was their tablet is broken. Either fix your services or stay off doordash. Your restaurant food is terrible, but it was late and I was desperate. Wound up driving to pick up food elsewhere at night

We were happy with the pizza and service a few months ago. Now (11/2020) the order is never ready when we pick it up, wrong order given to us, they run out of basic toppings. Going back to Kingston Pizza.

First time order...we live in Bonnet (2.9 miles away) and very much support our locals (Kingston & Leo's...our favorite is Pier Pizza in Wakefield but they don't deliver to Bonnet)... I work in Jamestown, so I've passed this place daily and finally decided to give them a try...Friday evening (6:38pm), October 16th 2020.Ordered through their online app (hungry button)...We ordered their large special and an order of their hand cut fries. First text response stated that the delivery was scheduled for 60 to 75 minutes. Second updated text (3 minutes after the first text) stated 30-45 minute delivery time...Our family waited patiently for over an hour after the initial order time before I called...the employee I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and completely dismissive, gave us no plausible reason for the extended delay...the order finally arrived at 7:51pm...the pizza and the fries arrived lukewarm and soggy, although still tasted great.Neither Kingston pizza or Leo's have ever taken that long on Friday or Saturday nights...we would've be open to giving Boston Neck Pizza another try, but their customer service was just absolutely terrible...

Covid 19 infection example. My first time at this place. My wife went in the venue, almost ran over by the kid the deliver pizzas. Then inside all 4 staff members very young not wearing masks, neither the delivery driver. Preparing the pizza with no masks no gloves; using just their hands. Wow so disgusting. Looks like this bussiness ran by the boys dont care about anything or anyone. I felt so unwelcome and honestly if a bussiness don't care a bit for my safety I don't need to go there. I go at to Newport, well my friends won't go here either. YOU ARE WARNED.

The pizza here is good, but just keep in mind that they don't take credit or debit and only accept cash and checks. My friends and I were a little surprised by this and none of us had cash because we thought it isn't preferable or healthy in an age of coronavirus, so we had to pay a hefty withdrawal fee at the ATM next door. But otherwise I've eaten pizza at Boston Neck many times and I think it's great.

Covid19 beware. We picked up our pizzas late Saturday night after traveling all day for my grandma's funeral and when we arrived there we're too young man working and neither was wearing a mask. The first young man handed a phone call to the other young man and once the phone call was finally completed the second young man took our pizzas that were almost burnt to a crisp out of the oven and used his bare hands to put them in the boxes without wearing any type of gloves and without hand washing.

Inconsistent. No quality control whatsoever. Literally just asked for no onions on my salad and got an onion salad and a pizza so burnt my dog wouldn’t eat it. Don’t bother, high school kids running it and no one cares.

2 "large" pizzas for $43-pick up price. The "large" was like a 15" 8 small slices. I love supporting local restaurants especially in the COVID world but I was amazed at the high cost vs what you get. Toppings were very modest too. Pizza itself was ok but not gourmet or anything special. Lastly, I'm not super paranoid but no masks for anyone, no markings, despite being mandated by Government a month ago. Very disappointing.

It may seem silly to keep reviewing restaurants in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic, but I think it's only right to recognize the restaurants who are going above and beyond. We ordered delivery recently and our food still came nice and fast despite it being a Friday night. The delivery driver took all precautions to make our delivery safe as well. Our food was just as exceptional as the service. The meatball pizza had homemade meatballs that were juicy and bursting with flavor. The Chicken Ranchero pizza had perfectly seasoned chicken and delicious maple flavored bacon. They were both made with care and were very filling. This will definitely be one of our new go-to's did takeout.

Went there yesterday for a couple calzones and a salad to support local through all this craziness. They do have the best calzones around. Problem is none of the staff was wearing gloves or masks. Didn’t see anyone wash their hands between handling money and my food. And you can see the picture of my salad lmao disappointing

Have been a loyal customer and kept hoping that they would get their act together but we've taken delivery of burnt food for the last time. Never again ?

only delivery option for Jamestown folk so we tried it out! Wings were 10/10, grinder was 7/10 - bread was a little too filling could only eat 1/4 of it. Salad 10/10. Quick delivery even though it said it was gonna be 45-60min. Got it around 20min after my order. We are happy campers over here
