I know this location just opened but please train your staff on manners ! This location is rude! Not even as much as a hello and that was just the beginning. Will definitely be going to the East Greenwich location if this does not change.
First of all the Atmosphere in the establishment, beyond clean and sanitary. 5 Star For Atmosphere, as for customer service I would rate a 2 because when I ordered a $3 drink the sale rang up to $16 and I said I only ordered a drink, that went well as well as after I gave him $4 i was standing there for a good 2-3 minutes waiting for my change and I said I gave you $4 and I was told to wait til the other person paid. For a location that only recently opened its gone downhill real fast. They have gotten real light with the portion size. Guac side cups are not even close to being filled. No hot sauces available today and when asked for a fork the worker said there were none in the entire restaurant.
