This location was gross. Sticky highchairs. My son's waffle grilled cheese was burnt to a crisp yet they still served it to him. He sent it back for another, but they told him it would take too long because they would have to clean the waffle maker.. what!! Do I need to say anymore? The only thing that was worth eating was the ice cream.

If I'm in the North kingston area, I will usually just get an awful awful from here. As far as thr food. Nearly all the time I've been to this location, it's been bland and / or overcooked. I'd stick with the Middletown location as that is a 5 star across the board.

My wife came here today for ice cream. The manager greeted us from across the restaurant my yelling in essence asking if we wanted food or ice cream in a very aggressive manner. They weren't busy and all the staff was basically inattentive to the customers. It's sad there aren't more places that serve ice cream otherwise we would have left and gone elsewhere. The managers and staff were literally talking g about other staff members negatively in the open. In the future I would rather buy some Ben and Jerry's instead of coming here again.

I've stopped here many times over the years and I've never had a bad meal and it's always consistent. On this visit I was craving a awful awful and honestly it tastes the same now as it did in the 70's when I had my first one. If you're not familiar with the awful awful it is a milkshake. The only difference between now and then is as a kid we were paying .99¢ as opposed to six and change, but still worth it from time to time.

The waitress got an attitude about me stating that it wasn't well done .Then had the nerve to come over and ask me. What was wrong with the my food why wasn't eating it I said it sucks I own my own business and I never write bad reviews. Giving you one star is being generous. I will never be back

Absolutely horrible service they're cooking staff was not wearing proper hygiene gear while handling food. Both their wait staff and management are horrible the manager mark saw me at the counter waiting to pick up my online order and proceeded to help customers that came in after me very unprofessional staff and the food was horrible. the owner of this restaurant Jan Matthews really needs to take care of this problem immediately
