Fix the outlets please. I do work at Starbucks. At this location I cant grab coffee, food and get work done because the outlets are all broke and my laptop dies quickly. I order a coffee only to find out I can’t stay here to drink it and get work done. It may sound silly but it’s actually inconvenient.

I am really upset. This afternoon I went to get two Trenta strawberry acai’s. I was SO excited and had been looking forward to it all day. I wanted to have no ice because I wasn’t having the drinks today. They were for tomorrow and the ice would make it weird in the fridge overnight. I’m so upset to say they refused to fill my cups since I ordered no ice. They would only fill it a certain amount and no more - and I mean they left a *large amount of space empty. I was shocked and said I had never heard of this as a rule before. I told them I no longer wanted the drinks. I cannot believe Starbucks would lose a customer who has spent *thousands* of dollars at Starbucks all over maybe a penny worth of water. As of today- I will never go back to a Starbucks.

starbucks has finally stole my viginity!! I've never been to Starbucks prior to Tuesday. I took my daughter for a drink & let me say every part of my first time experience was great, thanks to ALEX - the amazing starbucks worker, she was extremely patient and sweet with me and my daughter who did not understand drink size, names or even drinks for that matter. Alex was literally the best. I was worried about having someone annoyed with my little knowledge of the menu. I will definitely be returning....Thank you Alex ; your rock ?

A clean location with tasty Frappuccinos. Free Wi-Fi and Drive-thru. The Drive thru is back 2 back with Chipotles Drive thru. Watch yourself driving through.

Love how clean it is! They had 3 people on staff in the afternoon and it wasn't busy. I think they are still training since it is a new location. My matcha originally didn't have the lavender cold foam on it so I had to go back inside. They definitely rushed it and it's more liquid than foam. The lavender frap I asked no no whip so they put a sip lid on it...lol I think they're still in training mode but they are trying their best! :)

When I went in for the first time yesterday in the morning and while placing the order and after there was one worker by the name of Jake who was bumping into and seemingly harassing the other workers. It’s sad that a singular employee gave such a bad look to the other workers simply trying to do their job.

Great first experience! My pickup order was ready earlier that expected and I was greeted by 4 girls as soon as I walked in, very friendly. Plus love the little details on my to-go bag! They even have spots specifically for mobile orders which is great. Can’t wait to visit here weekly!
