I have never been treated so poorly in a place. I was treated very badly by a young guy, I don't recommend this store to anyone, don't waste your time or money coming to this place.

Placed an online order, two sandwiches were fine, the third was supposed to be a 6"club sandwich with light Mayo, got a 12" ham and cheese drenched in Mayo. Ordered 3 chips, got none. Complete lack of quality control, the manager should be embarrassed

I think this was the worst experience at Subway I've ever had. There 2 young girls working and upon my arrival, I received no greeting or acknowledgement. Server 227 was rude and had to be told to put missing ingredients into the already set sandwich (The Beast). No customer service and attitude problem with Server 227 out of 82 Gate Road in North Kingston, RI.

Got there at 8:15 and the door was locked. Sign on door says they close at 9:30. Google says they close at 8:30. It's 8:15 so they should be open.

Ordered a veggie patty, I got there and they told me they don't carry it. Next day went back and they had them....!!!!Vegetarian options: They have veggie burgers and veggie sandwich.
No ham, no Swiss, no avocado, no straws, all juice dispensers empty…and was almost overcharged $20 for one of the 2 six-inch (on menu) sandwiches. This is my first & last time here.

Not satisfied and definitely doesn't deserve a star and witnessing an employee of the store yelling in the lot and calling a customer a n word very disrespectful and unnecessary. Not worth spending your money here at this location if the employees are going to discriminate against customers.

They ran out of Tuna and most was so low and old I got frustrated when the black haired lady started barking at the other she was making the sandwich wrong as I wanted to add roast beef what a melt down I just left as they know nothing of customer service. They will be out of business if they keep up not having food and no Coke or Diet ugh.
