Waited 30 mins. Friend ordered maple ice cream, strawberry topping with nuts. Was first told they couldn’t mix flavors. Huh??? Then after arguing with the very confused girl, she got her sundae with hot fudge. No one mentioned hot fudge. So she asked her to redo it. She waited another 15 mins and then got in the car. I asked her if they had to milk the cow to get the ice cream it took so long. She opened her container and had strawberry ice cream with strawberry topping, no nuts.We already spent enough time there… someone needs more training…

Mid ice cream. Google shows a picture of gorgeous ice cream sandwich WHICH they don't sell anymore. The ice cream sandwich now comes with chocolate wafers. It was gross. The bathroom was closed and all they offered was a porta potty. Wouod t recommend this place

Good location for a hot day quick stop.But that's about it for pros.The cons? - they serve Gifford's ice cream, which you can buy at any store. Nothing homemade about it. Artificial flavors, too sweet, preservatives.We asked for gelato to avoid it, and what we got in the cup was definitely Gifford's ice cream :(Of 4 umbrellas 2 were broken, so no shade.

I haven't tryed their ice cream yet but it's on my bucket list..
Went back for the first time since being opened under a new name and was anything but impressed. A foul smell was coming from the building which I presume was coming from the porta potty in the back of the building. Finally got up the window and was appalled by the amount of toppings and other food bits caked in the window track and counters. I was then greeted with attitude and snarkiness by the attendant asking “ is that all?” I should’ve said yeah and walked away while I could.

My husband got a chunky frap. It tasted like straight expired milk and smelt like rotten eggs. We poured it out and came out so chunky. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Great ice cream place. Love the new find. The ice cream was tasty and having a clam shack next door (connected - probably same owner) is pretty cool also. We got 3 flavors and they were quite good. Cake batter was really tasty. I tasted my daighters. My wives Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter was awesome, for a non diary option! Great addition and using Coconut Milk to make it gives it sweetness with a creamy taste. We will be back ! Good job Frozen Cow!
