I'm not a fan of Walts but I was with others and they were craving it so we went the all loved it I personal have never liked it. FF were good, onion rings were good and so was my soda.

Meat was barely editable I spit out more then half of it cause it made me sick to my stomach. Staff was nice but couldn't seem to relay my order correctly to the 2 people working behind her in the kitchen.I used to come here as a kid and always talked very good about this restaurant. Unfortunately like many other restaurants now a days this place is not worth the money at all any more.Recommend this company either significantly drops there price or increases there quality but something needs to happen if they wanna stay open

absolutely disgusted . called because my two "king" sandwiches and two large fries were well done . spoke to Brian who told me to come in at any point this week to have them replaced since he acci dentally gave me else's order which was overcooked . I gave him my name and said I would come back in later part of the week . went in today and he was yelling that he wouldn't replace them because he didn't take my name when I called , knowing I called and spoke to him . then said I didn't bring in the receipt , which he never asked for . I offered to give him the card I used to buy them . he finally remade them , once again dried out , still talking about me from the back . never again !

Ordered a combo (includes fries) with a Walts and bottled water, with BQ sauce on the side. The woman at the register, who wire her mask on her mouth but not nose, was obviously not prepared for this, as I was charged for a sandwich and a soda ($1 more than water). What came out was a Walt's sandwich. No fries. No BBQ sauce. I asked her about it. The blank look I got back told me there was no saving the situation. Funny aside - the next register over had a woman ordering. The cashier, upon handing back the change, dropped a coin. It bounced and landed in the side of the sandwich on the tray right there. The customer stuck her finger in and fished out the coin. They all laughed it off. The customer then started to puck up the tray with the molested sandwich on it. "Oh, that's not yours. It's for another customer." Will not be returning.

We come to Walts in Warwick & NK locations.NK by far exceeds in quality, service.Warwick is bloody red and barely enough meat to cover bun.NK good mound of roast beef and cheese is actually melted. Thank
Got a roast beef combo and Thanksgiving and a cookie/ beef was good / turkey was good fries were good cookie was massive and outstanding/ dam good chocolate chip cookie at walts dam / so yeah no complaints/ glad the kid said I looked like i needed a cookie he was wrong and right at the same

This Place is dirty at best, the workers don't care, every time I go here and ask for a rare sandwich it's like they make me a well done sandwich with extra salt on purpose. Walts has always been expensive but it's not worth it for dry roast beef.

Lacking in quality in comparison to the amazing cranston walts . They play little games like take their phone off the hook so you cant call ahead before driving there for nothing. Cant seem to include a straw nor a fork in your to go bag.Give it up . Youll never be as good as the cranston walts losers!
