Every single time I put in an order to pick up from this location they are out of half the stuff in my order for the night (mind you this is up to 2 hours before closing I’ve had this happen) but they don’t tell me and just hand me the bag. Never have chips past like 7pm, never have queso or vinaigrette for salads. I’ve learned to check the order but even when I have to go through the hassle of going in to let them know that stuff is missing they offer no solution and tell you to go online to get a refund. If you do that, you don’t even get a refund, they just give you a coupon for a free drink or chips for next time. What makes you think I want to keep wasting my time and money when it’s never right? Those coupons expire and I use them and then they can’t even fulfill the coupon so it’s an endless lose lose cycle for the customer.

Every time I order from this location I never get enough meat. I ordered a chicken bowl today and it had a couple of piece of chicken, and everything tasted unseasoned. The fajitas and onions weren’t even cooked all the way, and the rice had no cilantro. Also they didn’t strain any of the juice from the beans. I don’t have this problem at other locations.

I believe his name was Ben Feral the area manager was incredibly rude. I asked one of the managers who thar guy was.Everyone looked scared and feel bad for anyone who works there or has to work for a guy who talks so rudely and condescending to people. The manager was great though I think his name said was Jay

Whoever was on last night 2/17/24 and made my chicken quesadilla you did your big thing for real. They never get it just right like you did but wow you did that. You ate. I ate. Chipotle should reward this worker because they love their job for sure they did their thing.

I frequent this location and have always had a positive experience. The food tastes fresh and the bowls are proportioned correctly which I appreciate. The staff is very nice and I enjoy the great customer service. Aside from ordering in store, I also do mobile pickup & doordash from this location and have always had my order executed correctly to my liking with great portions. The staff here is great but sometimes feels like they need more help, there’s only a couple people working at a time and I feel bad that they are stressed with the line!

Every single time I order online and pick up I get a snack not a meal! Always missing items like double chicken, cheese, queso! EVERY SINGLE TIME. I get a bowl that is not even 3/4 full! It’s absolutely insane! I had to go to Wendy’s after I ate because I still was not full! I’m done with this location! Never again!

Management needs to get it together here. Went in on a Saturday night. They only had 2 women working the drive thru, register, front line, and cooking. The line was out the door and there was no food left at all. Paid 15 dollars for a bowl that was empty. Completely unnaceptable for management to short staff like that and overwork the 2 that were there. Will not be back

My bf live off mineral spring & have tried this chipotle 3 separate times and each time our food is messed up. I hate paying for meat in a burrito and not getting any meat at all. Bajas across the street is 10x
Second time to this location. Same experience. Staff is not professional or trained. Place is a mess. Food looked gross. Get it together!

TERRIBLE. Rude. Burrito made like wet paper towels. Slimy. The cashier tried to force me to pay DOUBLE for guacamole, when I only asked for "lots." my recommendation: go down the street to Baja's: friendly, kind, and LOTS of free guacamole!!

I went late - maybe 7:46pm. They were out of chips which was kind of a bummer cause I was ready to pay extra for quac, I did really enjoy my burrito bowl and the man who served me was friendly and didn't seem annoyed that I was not in the best headspace. He asked my son "and for you?" And I thought he asked me "for her or to go?" And answered him with "to go". I also got distracted when paying and he just laughed it off. The food was good - although it did look like some of the things were there a while, which isn't that unusual for the hour we were there, and the lack of a crowd - but still a bummer. Excited to have one closer to my home than previously - and will go back, because I love a burrito bowl.
