Had some delicious food! The flavor is so good! I also did some mimosa they were super good! Definitely recommend this place if you are ever in the area!

Solid breakfast place. Went with the three meat omelet with a side of hollandaise sauce. Good home fries and Italian toast. Had a very good cup of coffee as well. Son went with traditional egg plate and was happy with that as well. The hot sauce they placed on the table was surprisingly good.

Portions are small for an omelet. $5 mimosa, was very tiny than the average place. I had the mushroom omelet, it was good but tiny bits of eggshell was in my first bite! Disappointed, because the atmosphere is beautiful!

Farm to table??? Yes please. I love how this place promotes the local ingredients, down to the hot sauce! Staff is super friendly and kind i felt welcomed the minute i walked in. I also had some mimosas on this Friday morning. I highly recommend!

Loved the service and food. It was out first time visiting and our server was so kind and knowledgeable of the menu and gave great info on the selections. Food was tasty and filling. Love the look and style of the place. Definitely will be coming back.

I really don't like giving 3 stars, but unfortunately this place gets it from me. The morning after a wedding my fiancé, sister, brother-in-law, and I were craving some serious breakfast food. After a quick Yelp search, I came across Howie's, which was conveniently nearby. Upon entry, the staff seemed welcoming and politely informed me that the wait would be about 25 minutes. Waiting outside for about 15 minutes, my sister and brother-in-law arrived and asked how long we had to wait to which I answered "should be about 10 more minutes." Well "10 more minutes" turned into another 25 minutes. After nearly an hour my fiancé and brother-in-law decided to ask again about the wait and apparently the woman at the door gave them an attitude - I understand that it gets busy and can put workers in an off mood, but it's not appropriate to ever give customers an attitude. Finally being called in, we were seated and offered coffee with our menus. Taking our orders seemed to be within a reasonable time, but I kid you not, it took 45 minutes for our food to actually come out. In all, they get one star taken off for poor time management, and one star taken off for service - in addition to the bad attitude, we were never updated on our food during our wait. What does get 5 stars is the food itself, it was all very fresh, well presented and absolutely delicious - this alone makes me willing to give them another try if I'm ever in the area again, but maybe I'll try to get there right when they open.

We found this little treasure on Yelp while in town for just a day. Our Bloody mary & omelette breakfasts were delish. Super impressed with their fresh fruit and granola parfait . And so friendly! If we are ever in town again, we will definitely go back.

Went for the first time this morning and can't wait to go again. The food is so fresh and flavorful. The home fries are PERFECT, best I've had in my 15 years as a Rhode Islander. Coffee is good. Space is bright and comfortable and staff was friendly, cheerful and attentive. And it's pretty reasonably priced considering the quality. Outstanding all the way around. My new favorite breakfast spot in RI
Not much of a menu selection typical omelettes, eggs, bacon, French toast etc. wanted an avocado egg toast I saw picture on Yelp but didn't have it anymore. No cappuccino etc. only black coffee with cream sugar. Pros. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Restaurant was very clean and temperature/furniture comfortable. Service was good.

We chose Howie's for breakfast to celebrate my sister's birthday. As a party of 6 adults and an infant we expected to wait a little while for a table. After about 20 minutes we were seated and greeted by our server. She took a drink order, (just coffees and water) delivered some of the drinks, and then disappeared for over 10 minutes. We had to ask another server to find her so we could get the rest of our drink order and place a food order. We then waited almost an hour while several other parties were seated, fed, and paid their tabs. When our waitress finally stopped by and told us it would "just be a few more minutes" we asked for our food to go. Still waited another 15 minutes to get our food and pay our check. Food was luke warm after a 2 minute drive home and missing items. Horrible experience and seemingly the only explanation is that our server forgot to place our food order with the kitchen and didn't bother to own up to it, she just ignored us instead. Being a restaurant manager I can appreciate things happen, but a table touch from the MOD would have gone a long way. Really no excuse for that kind of wait and service at breakfast. Wish Cal's had been open today.

Great food supplied with local vendors, but we got to the restaurant at 8:30am, sat at the table of 6 at 9am and ordered shortly after. Waited an hour and a half before asking politely why our food has not been served. Very nice servers but clearly lost our order.

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now but they have funky hours. I had the chance to order today and boy have I been missing out! I ordered the chorizo burrito and it was top notch. I also tried the pork belly which was very good also! The menu looks great I will definitely be back again!

A wonderful and tranquil place to enjoy breakfast or brunch. For my beverage, I had a large glass of orange juice. For my main entrée, I enjoyed the delicious corned beef hash skillet with the eggs fried hard. The corned beef hash was incredibly delicious and flavorful. The house potatoes were fantabulous as well. The server was very friendly and responsive.
