North Providence, Mineral springs Ave location. My daughter really enjoys the food, That's not the problem...The The customer service is absolutely terrible. (FYI) Not the fault of the young employees. Training has been skipped or forgotten! We were totally ignored when arriving at the counter for al.ost 4 mins. I had to ask if I could place my order. Then it took almost 20mins to receive it. When I checked my order and questioned it, the little girl told me "take it out of the foil and check it yourself, it's the right sandwich"!!! What?? Unacceptable! Basic customer service training is needed desperately. Setting the young workers up for failure. Do better upper management, do better.

So I go there mainly for the apple pies which are delicious but then I was craving some sweet heat and some chicken tenders so I ordered some. They told me. I needed to wait 8 minutes for my apple pie. Which wasn't a problem? I didn't ask them that for my chicken strips. I didn't want the chicken to be too crispy. Because sometimes they give it to you. And you can barely even bite into it because of how crispy and hot it is. Which means that they overcook it in the oil or that they don't replace their oil.Before the oil get Home. I have no sweet heat in my bag which is the only source I like and the chicken is horrible

Failed to give me my order (only 1 4pc combo with fries) with the correct sides. 1 side they didn’t have in store. Cool, I asked for a replacement side. Not really an issue. Then I get home and realize they didn’t even give me the fries that the combo came with. They only gave me the extra side I ordered.

Since it is not the first time i received a poor service, I decided to post a review. Almost 90% of the time, I have to wait longer periods for my order (more than 15 minutes) at the curbside, but the worst part is that it usually ends up being incomplete! So I have to go back inside and ask for completion. If you don't like your job, in the meantime you're getting the one one you would like, do your job as is supposed to!

Why is it that whenever I visit this location and this location ONLY, I'm given major attitude by the employees? I always get the 5 piece blackened chicken meal, and I know they're annoyed because they don't have the chicken I get pre-batched since not many people get it. Their response is always "Just so you know it's gonna take 3-4 minutes" (with attitude), to which I always tell them that it's fine. Except this time, the girl taking the order let out a huge sigh followed by an "okayyyyy.." I'm sorry, did you not sign up for this job? Food industry workers complain about receiving minimum wage, meanwhile half the time you receive shitty service by them, and an incomplete order, and this is coming from someone who used to work in the industry for nine years myself. To top off my uncomfortable experience, it didn't take 3-4 minutes for my order like she stated it would. I've waited for 30-35 minutes, meanwhile multiple cars were passing by me in the drive thru as I was parked on the side of the building waiting for my food to come out. After waiting so long, I decided to reverse my car and ask for a refund and stated that I had been waiting for almost 40 mins, to which the cashier (light skinned female with brownish hair) mentioned they were having issues with my order but she threw in a strawberry biscuit for free (by the way she SOMEHOW had my order prepared by the time I reversed back to the window, which led me to believe that they forgot about me this entire time. Also shouldn't you verify with the customer about any allergies prior to throwing additional items in their bag that they didn't originally ask for??? God forbid they have to make my order all over again because you know even the first time was too much of a hassle). Opting for a refund became another challenge, prompting me to have no choice but accept the incomplete order at the window (didn't realize I was missing my side until I had already gotten home). This experience has led me to decide against returning to this location ever again.

100% cold food, 4 missing items--that were paid for, btw. No one answers the phone and no effort to make it right. I don't care how good the chicken is supposed to be, the lousy service and horrendous preparation aren't worth it. It wasn't disappointing, it was disgusting.

I went to order food late night when I pulled up the mic i tried ordering and was constantly met with attitude and hostility when I got to the window and I look over to hand the card I got greeted with attitude and cussing being told I have an attitude, when I was handed back my card the manager who was cooking the food I heard her whisper “might as well spit in his food” I backed up and got my refund not trusting a piece of food out of this restaurant
