Atmosphere has always been friendly and a bit rushed, due to the fast paced take out service. They cook them up fast while you wait, and the sandwiches always come out hot and fresh. They have some of the best steak and cheeses. That's the only thing on the menu I can really speak to because it's my go to when I want a juicy, cheesy, and oniony steak sandwich. My one con would be that I want the subs to be fuller, but they usually are not. However, that doesn't deter me from coming back time and again to enjoy it.

When I moved to this neighborhood 3 years ago I thought ricotti's was a good local spot to get an Italian sub. Now whenever I go I always get attitude, there seems to be five people working but no one asks if I need help. Their customer service is absolute trash. We ordered two large sandwiches, were given two small sandwiches and then to "fix" the problem, they gave us another 2 small sandwiches. I work in food service. That's not how you correct a mistake. You give the customer what they ordered. I'm honestly never going back there again. So disappointing.

This was my first time back in a few years and it was.... okay. I tried the chicken parm sandwich and it was just alright, reminded me of an elementary school chicken patty sub. They use a pre-breaded spongy chicken patty that they warm on the griddle, provolone cheese and top with an aluminum-can tasting tomato sauce. I got the large, and it was pretty big, probably 14 inches, and cost $14. This place is still cash only, but they do have an ATM inside. Side note to the staff: wearing gloves is great, but gloves need to be changed after putting raw steak on the scale, and before touching bread and making other sandwiches and touching all of the meat, cheese and veggies.

My favorite sandwich shop. I've never been disappointed in the food or the prompt and friendly service. The only negative is that it's cash only (they do have a cash machine in the store)
I haven't been there in years and was looking forward to an American grinder for the first time in years apparently after we ordered 4 sandwiches only 2 were right how sad you charge an arm and leg and don't even get what you ordered I won't go

Got 4 grinders and only the tuna was right. Italian was missing meats and had no oil and vinegar. American was literally just bologna. Used to love this place now we spent all that money for food that we won't eat.
