Staff is very nice. The chicken in the past was very rubbery, but I believe they recently changed it because it has improved greatly. You can also opt for turkey if chicken is not your thing. The smoothies are delicious. Sometimes the food can be a little meh, I think it depends on who makes it, but they always try to make it right. First time at this place. Aesthetically it is a nice place. The menu is a bit daunting because there is so much to choose from. From shakes to food. I ordered the Blueberry Bliss which wasn't too bad. It was sweet enough and flavorful. I had protein and spinach added. One thing that I did not like is that the staff did not know what kind of protein they had. All they knew it was whey. They didn't know the brand nor the calorie count. I love Tropical Smoothie--but not this location. I've been here twice and I've been disappointed twice. Both times I ordered the peanut paradise. They didn't leave it in the blender long enough so it had big chunks of ice and warm banana--no thanks!
