Been ordering take-out from Tom's Kitchen for awhile now. The location is convenient for me and easily accessible to run in and out. Their food is so good, menu is wonderful, my favorites are the caprese wraps ( they have their own pesto dressing that I love), chicken fingers ( they give you not 3 or 4 but a ton like 12 big pieces) my son says they have the best chicken fingers out of all the places we have ordered from. Their fresh potato chips- i can't stop eating them. I don't like french fries in general, but I like theirs. I recently tried their burgers- sooo good with lettuce tomato pickles and cheddar- check out their many different burgers. Their salads are very good, fresh and a side salad is a good size. One quirky thing I don't like is they put the dressing in with the hot food so when you get home your blue cheese/ranch is warm- they should put it in a separate bag. They have all kinds of gourmet pizzas to your liking and I love the goat cheese on my pizza. They have healthy options on menu and their sweet potato fries very good. My husband likes their pasta dishes and portions are generous. They have dessert too but I have not tried yet! The staff is very prompt, your food is ready on time and hot, and they are friendly people. You can go in and sit for a quick lunch- they have a few seats inside but I love this place for take- out if you need to pick up lunch or dinner on your way home.

Havent tried the food just yet as it’s still being made. Im hoping it good as this place looks like it’s got decent food and they’re open late near me. The lady who took myOrder has zero customer service skills. She was rude, I tried to be nice to her to acknowledge it’s fine that she’s probably haven't a bad day. She kept being rude and aggressive, I eventuallyTold her she’s being aggressive and how she’s acting is super rude when she was acting hostile trying to make me sit down and I had told her “ah I’m all set thank you I’ve been home sitting all day” which is true and I work a desk job so many times when I have a chance to stand up I take it because I literally sit down ALL day because I work remotely. She literally told me I’m not aggressive if you want to see aggressive I’ll show you aggressive. I was like geez lady is this what you call nice? She goes I am nice and I say apparently not, she says I don’t care! Then I reply I can literally tell. She tried even telling me she wished she could tell me to leave, like what’s her problem? I literally came here for food, this is the worse customer service I’ve ever experience and it’s not like this is a McDonald’s or Popeyes but they seem to just hire anyone.Update. I got a refund instead, hard to trust this spot for me. It’s like a McDonald’s scenario where you just prey they don’t spit on your food. Don’t know what was up with the lady behind the register.I work a desk job and barely ate today, I was just looking for some late night good food and got the worst customer experience I’ve ever received. The lady doesn’t even think she was being aggressive and denies it, I wish there was a live video of it with votes on it to show her how she was acting was not right. It was literally at this point where I realized an actual pro on how “robots” aka computer screens taking peoples jobs is a thing, because this lady couldn’t just do her job and I would have rather got my order taken by a robot.

My roommate recommended Tom's Kitchen, so I ordered a Large Pepperoni Pizza yesterday. For spending $21 for the pizza, I was not pleased with the product. They were very skimpy on the pepperoni and pizza sauce. It tasted like more like cheese bread than a pizza. My roommate chalked it off to an "off day" by them but unfortunately I won't be spending that kind of $ on their pizza again.

This was probably the best restaurant I have eaten since traveling in Rhode Island . Worth every penny. The bread slice was overflowing with toppings and absolutely delicious. We got a variety of bread slices and all off them were next level delicious. Glad I found this place. Service was fast and staff were friendly. Will be back for sure.

I came here with a friend as part of Rhode Island Food Fights pizza month. We ate in the restaurant and got a piece of pizza each and split a slice of cake. The pizza felt sort of nostalgic. It had a thicker, crispier crust and a high cheese to sauce ratio. The chocolate cake slice was really good. It was rich and satisfying. It was better than the pizza, so if you're coming in, I'd recommend it. They also had some cookies, brownies, and cheese cake if chocolate isn't your thing. The woman at the counter was really funny and nice. It does seem like more of a take out spot than dine in, but there are a few tables, and some holiday decor. There's also a small parking lot, which is very convenient.

3.5. Some of the pluses it was very cheesy. The sauce was garlicky and it was a decent sized slice. Not as good, the crust was ok and the bottom of the pizza was soft and doughy. I like a nice crispy slice. It was also super greasy. The inside was like a typical pizza joint. The service was ok. We needed to wait 20 minutes for the oven to heat up before putting in our order, even though the place opened at noon.

Second leg of today's RI Food Fights "Lord of the Pies" was Tom's Kitchen in North Providence. It's a cute little spot with a HUGE menu to seating ratio. They just started serving slices, so this was a way to test out the waters. Slices were hefty in size and weight. Pepperoni was cuppy, as God intended. It was good, New York style with a slightly off-putting sauce, a little too much cheese for me and a nice, golden brown crust. Overall a 5.0 score for the cheese pizza and 5.5 for the pepperoni. The garden salad with house made vinaigrette was an 8.5 , however and is a good reason to come here. There's a large menu, and I would give this business another shot on a sandwich based on everything I saw, smelled and ate. It's a nice little business with friendly people. Try it out.

We ordered a large Mediterranean pizza and really enjoyed it at home. There were plenty of toppings and they were nicely arranged throughout the pizza. Being that most palettes cannot handle much spice, they did not add much. However, once we added some garlic powder and some red pepper flakes, the pizza was PERFECT! Now we look forward to sampling some other pizzas on their menu.

LONG piece of hair in my fries! Disgusting! The steak bomb sandwich was so greasy, the bun was soggy and hardly any cheese. Delivery was supposed to be 40 min, they were here in 15 (interrupting important phone call). I asked to replace the fries, they told me an hour for delivery. Will NEVER order again from here

Everytime I order from here the food is always cold and two weeks ago when I ordered pizza there was a coupon stuck to the box, I just tried to use the coupon and they said they had no idea what I was talking about and that it didn’t exist. Well Toms here’s a pic of the clearly fake coupon you provided me smh how are you going to give out coupons and not honor it
