This will be a honest review not a review the owners have paid their friends to post. When reading the reviews for this place look at the reviews that have the low reviews the 4-5 stars are their friends trying to help save their business. This place is cute yes but be ready to wait a hour for your appetizers and then another hour for your entrées because they have too many options on the menu to be cooked to order in a very small kitchen. Also get ready for your food to be cold and over cooked. They will never have the same staff when you go because they treat their employees horribly. The owners are very rude and don’t care about their customers they only want the money to cover the cost of all the new buildings they keep building that they can’t even keep staffed. And no they don’t have a kitchen for each building all the food comes from one kitchen so they carry your food OUTSIDE which will make it colder. Last but certainly not least don’t waste your time or money on ordering takeout because you will have to wait 2 hours for your food and you will be missing more than half of your order when you get it home.

I've been there a lot and tonight was not great at all overcharge for a meal bartender doesn't know what the drinks are on the menu. I just really felt that they're going downhill a little bit service was very slow Leah the waitress was really good and patient charge me two different prices for a Yingling one was 650 the other one was 495

The look of the place is great - it's really pretty in a nice location. We enjoy trying new places and really wanted to like it. But it was an overall lousy experience. We ordered two beers and were given the wrong brand. My husband got the frutti di mare, I got the mini wellies. The frutti di mare tasted nice. The problem was the shellfish was a bunch of tiny shells, requiring constantly being in the food 'digging' for little mussels, etc. The mini wellies were not good. Chunks of bland steak (sirloin?), smeared in mustard, mushrooms (which tasted canned), a thin strip of prosciutto and wrapped in under-cooked dough. Don't go there for romance or privacy. It's very small and EVERY word is overheard. The kitchen noises, right off the dining room, are crazy-loud. A patron sat behind us who was obviously abusing his wife (loudly swearing at her and name calling). I wish management had gone over and asked him to lower his voice or leave. Lastly, the waitress took our credit card for payment and didn't return for over 10 minutes while we sat at the table with dirty dishes in front of us.

Not the best dining experience we've had at Tumblesalts but we would go back, just not for a while! We don't want to fault the service since the waitress was in training but the food itself could have been more flavorful, particularly the byob burger. My Haddock Italiano was mediocre and the bread wasn't worth eating! Very slow for a Saturday night, a lot of improvements could be made to change that.
This place is beautifully constructed and the food is amazing! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. If you haven't tried this local gem...TRY IT! Support local business.

Food excellent service fast cook attention to details. Restaurant is very roomy with plenty of parking. This place is awesome.the chicken soup is to die for. Bacon wrapped meatloaf is awesome. Lasagna is the best. Unbelievably delicious. See for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
