My wife and I used to be regulars at Craft burgers and beer. This was our first time since the new name and sadly it will be our last. The ambiance wasn’t great before and now it’s so dim you have trouble reading the new menu.Old favorites like the Cajun fries are now bland. The burger patties are now definitely frozen and distasteful to the point that my wife took one bite and was done.Sorry guys, but this criticism was every bit deserved and I hope you use this to fix the new menu before it’s too late.

We used to come here when it was Craft. As vegetarians we were so stoked to find beyond burgers on the menu. Came here every weekend for a solid beer and cider selection and burgers.Tonight, we sat at the bar and were sooo happy to see Bill behind the bar. But, gonna be honest, we left to have dinner somewhere else bc no one wants to eat a house-made sweet potato veggie burger. I promise. Bring back the beyond and you’ll have our business back. Also, more cider options that aren’t super duper sweet would be really appreciated. Killer staff, bummer on the menu.

Very dirty restaurant. The bathroom urinal. Is leaking water all over the place? I almost fell. After another patron barged in. No way to lock the door. Old food under the tables. And has an atmosphere of middle evil depression. Ordered the fish-and-chips which were dry and nasty. You can tell it's been frozen for a long time. Probably since the medieval times Very overpriced food. I politely paid the bill and left. But shall never return RIP in my book.

Food was so good. The burger was so juicy and yummy. The sweat potato wedges were to die for. The servers were so sweet and attentive. I loved all the local beer options. I get something new every time I go. It is a bit dark in there but other than that it’s a great place for dinner and drinks.

Apparently Craft Burger & Beer is under new management. Name changed. So did the food. RIP California Dreamin’ Burger. They don’t serve it nor anything remotely similar anymore. There’s a veggie burger but the patty is the same one every burger place serves. And they swapped out their brioche buns for some sort of generic white bread burger bun that’s just meh. Maybe it’s the part where they don’t grill the bread anymore. I’m really bummed out about all of the changes.

Very disappointed with this place. Haven’t been back since they changed their name this was my first time back. Waitress was nice but all the coworkers were huddled up next to our booth kissing one of the male workers butt. They were yelling from across the room to each other. Walking around and causing a scene. Don’t you have a break room? It made it very unenjoyable. Food was okay but was mediocre at best. Very disappointed in the service I got and hoping they can step it up.

Food is ok, burgers don't have much flavor and we get the occasional mistake with the food prep. When they change over to Flynn's we will give it another try.

We came for Tuesday night trivia and had a great time! The trivia was fast paced enough but we were also able to enjoy conversation in between. The food was excellent and we loved the wide selection of beer. We started with the buffalo tenders (pictured). I'm a wimp when it comes to spice so they made me sweat a little but I still enjoyed them. ;) Our server Kylie was attentive and friendly and checked in with us often to see if we needed anything. I also really appreciated being able to make a reservation. My only disappointment was I wish they still offered flights of beer, or at least smaller pours, but I was able to taste a beer before ordering a full one of I was unsure. Definitely worth checking this place out!Kid-friendliness: It seems kid friendly enough as far as the environment goes. I'm unsure about high chairs or a kid's menu.Parking: There is a parking lot behind the building. We easily found a spot this time, but have been other times when it's busier and more difficult. The lot is a little tight in some spots.

Mac and cheese as a premium side, yet it wasn't good. Asked for a "a little pink" got a well done burger. Sprite wasn't even carbonated. A review said best burger in town... I'm terrified for what else is here.

I love coming here. Being wheat-free I can get the burger without a bun or with a GF bun. They take it seriously and don't ask if its a preference or allergy (it really shouldn't matter). The South of the border is phenomenal.Dietary restrictions: Can accommodate GF allergies.Parking: Small driveway, but once you pull in the lot opens up.

This is place is bad, period. The place has the smell of old grease impregnated. The burger tastes the same way the place smells. I was not able to eat half. Service was really awkward. I really don’t understand the other reviews. Good luck!

I have been here a few times with family and friends. This most recent time we had a group of 34 people, all families and all ages. We had made the reservation for 30, the staff was happy to add the few extra place settings for us. The waitstaff for was super friendly, food is always delicious, and they have a great selection of beers on tap. Every time we are in Pawtucket, we try to dine here.Kid-friendliness: Every time I have eaten here, there have been kids with us. The waitstaff is always friendly and accommodating.

Enjoyed my meal at this place, thanks to the friendly and helpful waitress. The burger was decent, but the patty seemed a bit thin, and the toppings didn't quite harmonize with each other.
