Literally this place needs way better people working there they failed to complete my order they came didn’t call nor ring the door bell nothing I understand it’s late but please finish your job and do it correctly I call them and asked where my order was and then stated they canceled the order because I didn’t answer but no one ever called. Poor service here I’m upset and dissatisfied with the outcome. DO BETTER

Not sure how you guys are still open. My OG dominos will put you guys to shame. Besides the one time I had to wait 2 HOURS for a pizza that I ended up picking up (live 5 mins away and paid for delivery) this past week I didn’t add a tip to payment seeing how you guys get taxed for it and planned to give $10 in cash. what ever gentleman that drives a small wagon (new year) dropped the pizza off at the wrong steps, DID NOT CALL, nor notified that pizza was “there” was a real prick for that. So no I didn’t tip on app but if you did your job the PROPER way and not with your feelings you would have gotten a $10 tip.

Convenient spot with unfortunate staffing. If the name Williana appears on your order it will not be prepared or prepared correctly. You can see in other orders. This does not even mean there is a person there by that name. It is sketchy. I have lived within a 5 minute walk for 5 years and within the last year this place has stopped being a viable option. Do not bother ordering before 5PM because they will ignore your order until you arrive or call. They then START your order. Literally happened 3x in last 10 months once after 45min and twice after 30min of waiting for status changes online. AVOID.

I order from this branch frequently due to the fact that it’s closer to my address (although I prefer the North Main branch). We always order carryout. This was the second time or so that the person making our order was Willametta or Willa something. We tend to order hand tossed every single time with toppings of our choosing and as y’all know crust is suppose to be a Garlic-seasoned crust with a rich, buttery taste. Nope our pizza crust never is when it’s made by her! It’s one of the main reasons why my son loves domino’s pizza and when it’s not seasoned with the garlic and butter he won’t eat it and it honestly just ruins my appetite!!!! Think I’ll just go back to ordering from the Domino’s on North Main!!!
