I'm in the "rewards program" and when I had ordered a few pizzas one time it said that when I order next time the next pizza order will be free...yeah that was clearly a lie because it's saying I'm still 1 order away from a free pizza...I already ordered that 1 pizza where the hell is my free one?? This is borderline false advertising..they used to give out a free pizza after so many orders but clearly that's isn't the case anymore... Domino's is falling apart, not what it used to be...sad face...

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience with your service. This letter serves both as a formal complaint and a call for urgent action on your part.**Order Delay:**My order was delivered two hours past the estimated time. This significant delay was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for any standard of service.**Food Quality:**Upon arrival, the pizza was in a deplorable state. The dough was noticeably raw, and the entire meal was cold, indicating a serious lapse in cooking standards and food safety protocols.**Customer Service Experience:**The response from your staff compounded the issue. The delivery driver, upon late arrival, offered no apology or explanation for the delay. Further, when I contacted your establishment to address these concerns, the manager's response was dismissive and rude despite my polite demeanor.**Previous Issues:**It's disheartening to note that this order was supposed to rectify a previous unsatisfactory experience with your service. Unfortunately, it only worsened my view of your brand.**Resolution Sought:**Given the repeated nature of these issues and the severity of the latest experience, I am requesting a full refund. A complimentary pizza, which might be a standard response, is not an acceptable solution in this case.I trust Domino's values and its customers maintain a standard of quality and service. I hope my feedback is taken seriously and that prompt action is taken to rectify these issues. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps you will take to resolve this matter.

This is the worst Dominos location I’ve ever encountered. They are always behind on time, never on time. Have canceled my orders. And have the most unprofessional staff. Dominos should honestly close this location.

Something was wrong with their system, so my pizza was made incorrectly. I went and complained and they fixed it right away. They were super cool about it and I really appreciate it because I was so tired from working all day.

Last nights order was honestly one of the best I've had from a Domino's in a LONG time! The wait time was near to nothing compared to all of the other locations, food was hot and cooked perfectly!
Ordered garlic bread bites, got chicken with some white sauce on it. Wont be ordering from here again. You ended up getting some random item in place of what you order every time.Also ordered a pan pizza well done that looks like it might have had 5 minutes in the oven.This place is awful, don’t waste your money.

This evening I ordered pizza for my boyfriend & I from Domino's Pizza on Newport Ave in Pawtucket. My boyfriend went to pick up the pizza and the manager on duty told him I can no longer order pizza using my last name because it was “offensive” to the young girls working. My REAL last name, Swallow, is OFFENSIVE. The manager told him if I wanted to order pizza again, I’d have to do it under a different name. My boyfriend explained to him that it was in fact my real name and the manager told him the “young girls” didn’t want to make my food anymore because they were upset by my last name and in order for them to make my food I’d have to order under a different name than my real name. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was confronted by an aggressive and angry manager who barely let me get in a word. He proceeded to yell at me, tell me he was adding me to a “no order” list and that I was flagged from the restaurant and no longer allowed to order pizza there, and that my boyfriend should go back down there and “face him like a real man.” I am literally in SHOCK and legitimately hurt right now that this man had the audacity to tell me I can’t order food using my real name.

The manager of this store banned my sister from ordering in the future because he’s offended by her last name. When she tried to speak to him about this, he told her to have her boyfriend come down there and “face him like a real man”. He is rude and immature and clearly not management material. Hopefully the owners of this store will make changes before he further ruins their store.

So came to this Domino's 6/25/23 n I must say we got some pretty good pizzas. The pizzas was hot n fresh. I will say they was even done be4 the tracker said it would be. I went around 7 pm that night n the workers where nice.

I ordered my food at 12:18, said 20-30 minutes. At 1:05 our food still had not been delivered. The tracker said it just started being prepped at 12:55. I called and was put on hold for 10 min with no answer. I hung and tried to call back. Everytime i called someone picked up and hung up. The tracker changed to the prepping beginning at 1:15, an hour after the order was placed. This was an awful experience. At this point I want to cancel my order and go elsewhere, but no one will answer the phone. We didnt get our food until 2pm.
