Was there yesterday around 4-5pm. I got a small coffee and 12munchkins. Coffee was very weak. Munchkins were as hard as a rock ..That's it for me going therebut they were very friendly..

Came in to order a hot chai latte at 5:26 pm and was told they couldn’t make it hot because they turned off the latte machine. You close at 6 pm why are your turning you machine off half an hour before closing if your doors are open your machine should be on. Will not be coming here again.

Went in today to get some food and drinks. Was waiting in line (1st in line) with a large line for 10 mins without an acknowledgment. Now granted they were busy, buuuuuut at least a "hey, we will a little slammed but one of us a I be with you shortly " would have been nice. But 3 employees passed me at least 6 times total and none said a word to me or the people behind me.Worst experience at a dunkins I've ever had.Won't be going back.

This is a good branch. Organized and clean. It doesn't have a drive-through, unfortunately. They, sometimes, miss details on my orders because of being very busy. This is not the only Dunkin that does it, though.

Place is basura/trash. Dunkin Donuts is the name, but making/having donuts ain't the game. Quick to push that nasty bitter coffee on someone but won't make donuts for the customers. Went to get half a dozen today just to find out they had no donuts. No glazed, Choco frosted, strawberry frosted, Boston creme, jelly, or coffee rolls. Why even open up when you don't have the items in your own name??? What a waste of time.

the manager comes in drunk, his attitude sucks and he needs to be replaced. this store used to be the best Dunkin around and now every worker that was there for years is gone and there's all new people. I don't blame them for leaving......

It's donut shop food, so it is what it is. The two people working there today in the front were really swamped but working their butts off. I commend them for their hard work and dedication, getting me my caffeine and doughnut fix on laundry day. Thanks ?

I had an order delivered today. The coffees were made correctly and they had all the different donuts that we ordered. Very happy with this Dunkin Donuts on Division Street. I would definitely order from this store again. Great job and thanks to all the staff there. ☺️

Will not be going back here highly advise any dd customer to go to east avenue mind you I live 1 min away from Broadway it used to be the spot to go but terrible burned coffe and nasty customer service has sent me to another location very very rude woman working here ! Do NOT GO HERE ??

Very comfortable atmosphere. Truly a neighborhood Dunkin. Could use a few more seats but maybe they had reduced seating due to COVID. Has a nice long counter so you can sit and have your coffee and snack and look out the window. My coffee was perfect.
