Bunch of rude kids shouldn't be working in any industry they mess up and give attitude good luck with life your gonna need it .reading some of the comments maybe the owner should take a little more time to train the employees that customer service is essential it's not rocket science ? but phones in hand and the I don't care attitude will make or break any buisness do yourself a favor just go to another Dunks

I didn't appreciate the employee's attitude towards me because it was unprofessional and made me feel disrespected. And My hot coffee was cold, and when I asked the employee if she could make it hot, she gave me an attitude.

Always a great experience and my coffee is always right and delicious. But also my father is a diabetic and has heart failure, they’re always so sweet and caring to him when he’s there and take care to ensure it’s decaf and sugar free! Love this store!!

They ALWAYS mess up my order but since it's the only dunkin on my way to work I settle . And whenever I ask for cream cheese on my bagel They always put it on the side . HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO PUT IT ON MYSELF WHILE DRIVING ??? Everytime too! The people who work here are slow ash .

I was in there today around 12:50 waiting to be waited on, and the employee was picking up trash off the floor with her hands , pushed the trash down holding on to the trash bag, then proceeded to make herself a ice coffee she took the ice coffee cup directly into the ice bucket , first she didn't even wash her hands after picking up trash, she cross contaminated the ice bucket, I walked out didn't even order nothing, I called the store she picked up I didn't even get her name , I asked to speak to the manager she said there wasn't one on , but a shift leader was on , then asked me what was the problem, I told her and she said yeah that was me I was making myself a ice coffee, I asked for a higher up name and number ,she replied I cant give that out , I said fine I'll contact corporate she said go right ahead nobody cares, I was like oh ok we will see about that, I worked for dunkin for many years and what took place today, that female would of been fired on the spot, there is a scoop for the ice why do alot of dunkin not use it anymore it's totally gross .
Newly renovated and now with a drive-through!! Very friendly clerks and very clean store.

Ordered through app. They got the order wrong. Went back and went inside. There were 6 employees talking amongst themselves. They ignored me u t they finally realized the guy with a donut in his ha d wasn't going away. When I told them the order was wrong she said for me to throw out the wrong g donut I stead of taking it and discarding g it.
