Usual customer. Must be a difference between days and nights. No one sat me at a table, had to ask the lady at register after 5-10 mins just standing. Sat down and no one even bothered to take my order after another 10 mins and counting, and I usually tip 20-25%. Sad part is waitresses know I'm a usual. I always order #20 large and a can of coke. Was looking forward after long day of work, just to be disrespected.

I used to love coming here until the customer service went out the window. We attempted to eat there, but were completely ignored and left waiting at the door for a table for far too long without even so much as a greeting. Ive worked at multiple restaurants and would be fired for behaving that way, busy or not. All three staff working at the front of the house walked by us and couldn't even say so much as a hello, let alone tell us it would be a few minutes or bring us to one of their multiple available tables. We drove all the way from MA to visit. We will not be back.
Our first time going to a Pho restaurant in Rhode Island and the experience was very good. We came around dinner time and the restaurant was very busy. The servers and host were pleasant. The food was delicious especially the sizzling beef in a hot plate. Would definitely go here again!

I had a dream of Vietnamese food after being hungry for a few days so I googled local places and this one was closest to me with the best reviews!I got chicken rice noodle soup, chicken vermicelli and vegetable spring rolls, I am AMAZED by the quality and deliciousness of the meat and veggies, so fresh!! I usually have to stop eating once I am sick of a taste, even before I am full, but with so many flavors and the palette cleaners of vinegar and mint in Vermicili I kept eating!!! I’m so happy!!! New favorite foods!!!
