I visited this place last night with an excitement for trying something new. However, I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. My partner and I ordered dishes, but they turned out to be completely different from what was listed on the menu. While I understand mistakes happen, taste is usually the ultimate decider for me, and unfortunately, the food fell short in that aspect.My concern isn't just about the order mix-up; it's also about the inconsistency in what was promised and what was served. The menu board displayed something entirely different from what we received, even though it was supposedly what we had ordered, as confirmed when they called it out.My initial disappointment began when I noticed a sign outside advertising pizza slices for 99 cents. When I inquired about it during the day, I was flat-out told they wouldn't make it at all. While I didn't expect the pre-COVID pricing, I did hope to at least have the option to enjoy a slice.( this experience is about a month old)To add to the experience, we were given a small cup of something that had been stored improperly. Though I couldn't identify the contents, it was white, and after a few bites, I realized it had a rancid taste. This unexpected and unpleasant encounter left me feeling sick.I believe there's room for improvement in various aspects, from order accuracy to communication about available menu items. I hope the establishment takes this feedback constructively and strives to provide a better dining experience for its customers.
Good pizza and good service. My 4 year old son also loves the pizza. He eats the crust and all.

I don’t recommend this pizza place the women behind the counter is so rude because I decide to order a cheese pizza she throw the pizza at the counter very rude service and the restaurant was not full at all .

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Pizza Works. I went in for the very first time about 2-months ago and have been going back at least once a week. When walk in it smells heavenly!!! Like a New York Pizzeria - yum ? and I always get a warm and friendly welcome - I love the beautiful woman behind the counter - she’s sooo sweet!Their food is always hot when I pick it up and bring it home - never warm or cold like some other places when you pick up the food. The pizzas are PHENOMENAL, right down to the crust, which I normally don’t eat - but there’s is fantastic. I have had their Weiners with meat sauce - SUPERB better than Olneyville’s hands down!!Their wings - all kinds - delicious. Honestly- EVERY food items there are to die for… I’m kicking myself for not ordering from them sooner when I live so close by. You will not be disappointed - I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if it would let me. Happy customer for life!! ???Parking: Easy parking
